Order placed in July once my son’s school place was confirmed (moving schools to start September at a new school in year 8). One item needed for his sports academy kit was showing out of stock. I called Kitking and they informed me that they did in fact have stock and amended the website so I could place my order. 5 items with the longest estimated at 3-4 weeks delivery. Waited 5 weeks with no update and called up to be told that the last item had now arrived that day but the queue for printing was a further 8-9 weeks! Tried explaining my son was starting a new school and wanted to fit in but told nothing they could do to speed things up, explained I’d ordered in plenty of time for the start of term and just kept getting told that the website shows an estimated delivery and that’s not guaranteed (and in this case nowhere near accurate) and that at this peak busy time in the season orders can take longer. I was told if I didn’t like this I could cancel my order- not helpful as this is the only supplier of the items. At no point did Kitking make me aware that my order was delayed.
Waited a further 4 weeks and started trying to call for an update but unable to ever get through just a message saying mail box full. Finally 9 and a half weeks after ordering I received all items printed with the wrong academy. Still unable to call Kitking as mailbox still full so had to email and wait a further 3 and a bit weeks to get the correct items reissued. In all more than 13 weeks to get what I ordered that originally showed 3-4 weeks lead time. I’ve had to order from Kitking several times and at various different times of the year and have not yet had an order dispatched in accordance with their website estimate. My son is growing quickly so thinking I may have to order the next size up now so that by the time he needs it it may have been delivered…..

Mirroring reviews already on here and wish I had seen before I ordered. I placed an order back in July with Kitking, and chased in October after over an 8 week wait. I was informed by Matthew 'items would be despatched within 1-2 weeks, i.e as soon as possible'

Over 3 weeks later I still have no items received or any sort of update or apology for a order placed over 13 weeks ago now.

The first point I will make is that this company has 26% of 1 star reviews - thats over 100 customers given them the lowest score possible.

My points relating to my order with this company are below:

Avoid using this company. I ordered shorts, shirts, socks, training tops, rain jackets for the football team i am a volunteer coach for. (so a £1,000+ order). They ignored my email for three weeks, delivered the order late and with incorrect items. Two weeks after raising it through email and their online returns process, not a word on rectifying the problems they created - if you are looking for kit for a team you coach AVOID using KitKing, we have enough to do as volunteer coaches without these guys adding extra stress. Absolutely awful customer service.

UPDATE: It does not surprise me that they claim I didn't complete the form. I originally sent an email to explain what was wrong with the order, they sent me a link to the return form, which I completed immediately. I take exception to being called a liar and will escalate this further.

UPDATE: They manage to find the time to reply to my review, without actually resolving the matter, but wont answer the phone. Good luck if you actually want to speak with them.

Not filling me with confidence after spending a lot of money and cant even answer the phone! Full mail box constantly, not what you'd expect from a professional company.
Emails ignored, last chance today then will pull the plug. No communication is certainly grounds for payment reversed and refunded, and for that I need no communication just the credit card company..
All I want is questions answered by a human that are not on FAQ

Poor Customer service and standard of kit supplied

Firstly it took double the time to actually get my sons kit and this only happened as I wrote a review here previously about lack of communication and guess what I replied to the email asking some more questions and I am still awaiting a response

Secondly the standard of the kit sent to me was not that I would of expected after shelling out £145

Inconsistent lettering different on both tops just to make sure I checked with someone else who got there kit and th style is completely different

Can I please have a email address or some form of contact as I would like a partial refund as I am going to hav to take my sons tops somewhere local and hope that they can be reprinted in the correct style

Really poor experience. KitKing are very efficient in taking your order but once you have paid the communication and service is terrible. We waiting 3 months for delivery of branded training kit, for it to turn up without the branding that we had paid for. It took me 2 weeks to get a response from them, the phones are all linked to a full voicemail and emails where not responded too.

When I did get a response there was no apology and despite being promised the kits would be printed and returned within a few days I was left chasing unanswered calls and emails again a month later.

Finally told the lots had been lost…… now sitting waiting again for them to be delivered months into the season……

Another review, finally received my items now so of them are wrong and still can’t get hold of anyone. Have left voicemails and emails. Saying they can’t see them is a joke shame I can’t add screenshots. Can some one get back to me as a matter of urgency

UPDATE:
Perhaps not a surprise but after leaving this review I have now had a reply to my email. Stating that my items have now arrived and are with their printers which should take 2 weeks???? It's 2 letters!!! And will then be "with me soon" which looking at others reviews I take to mean months from now. It's so frustrating when others have now received theirs, who also ordered weeks ago, the same items in the same size but for some reason it's like mine has been forgotten - or they simply just don't care. If you can order items anywhere else I suggest you do!
Order #878396KK - Order placed and after a few days we got the design work to approve, but since then nothing and it's been weeks. Can't call as voicemail full and no reply to email or online request form. Seems only by reviewing do others get answers or updates. Seems they review Trust Pilot more than their inboxes!
It's the same story as others, school kit and KitKing are the only supplier, website says availability is 2-4 weeks and I hoped as we are now out of the summer period their busy time might be over but it seems that never happens as they can't reply to customers or get orders delivered as they promise. Others from the school who ordered the same day have had a dispatch notice so no idea why mine isn't the same. Terrible service and no care for the customer.

Worst company ever. E-mailed and called for months with no response! Schools and colleges should not use them. Delivery is also so long, it takes over a month for items to arrive!

If I could rate no stars I would of. Advertise items that they do not have in stock because they actually order from another supplier, which you could quite easily do yourself, if you knew that's what they do. Ordered an item got told 1-3 weeks delivery. After the 4th week of hearing nothing from KitKing I had to chase up through their website, to only be told "its not in stock" ordered something else KitQueen... guess what... not in stock but took my money anyway. What business advertises items that are not in stock????

UPDATE: we finally received our order today after waiting nearly 16 weeks.
The printing is WRONG! 😢
We have emailed with the original order details and a picture of what we received. I am at my wits end with this now. AVOID AT ALL COST or you will have a stressful experience while the company don’t seem to care much!

Have been trying to call the phone number that they have provided for two hours straight. Left two voicemails asking for a call back. Still waiting for an order that was placed, and still awaiting for kit that was promised on a previous order that was months ago. Very poor. Will never use this company again.

Placed an order from this company back in August of over £500 with a 1-3 week delivery timeframe. I left a previous review in which they responded saying it would be with me this week. Yet to receive any correspondence saying this, even a phone call to apologise for everything.

I am convinced this is not a real business and it’s just someone who sits and replies to trustpilot reviews. Impossible to get hold of.

Ordered 20 items of kids football training kit as prizes for school teams (not personalised) and took nearly two weeks for delivery to arrive.
Total lack of respect and professionalism in not replying to my emails.
Then when I opened the box, all 20 items had just been thrown in with no care and attention. Some were just stuffed unfolded into the bags, some were not even in packaging. One item was damaged… and two items had no product tickets at all!
I’m not even going to waste my time trying to contact them as there will some pointless and false excuses given.

Now I see why so many constant poor reviews from this company.

May I suggest using Newitts.com who have 5 stars customer service and provide fast and efficient delivery and product in packaging.

Really disappointed. Ordered training tops for an U8's team on 1st September. Confirmed on 5th September. 1-3 week quoted on the website. Still nothing. Tried calling. Sent emails, no reply. I'd cancel the order if I could get hold of them.

Update - Had a response to say they have a lead time of 8-9 weeks for printing. They will be sending the tops without the printing so I can source this elsewhere, and refund the cost of the printing. At least they are honoring this so I've updated two 2 stars from 1.

Placed order for football team training kit 24th August. Signed documentation for logo to be set up 29th August. I have left messages and sent emails and no update. Payment taken. I have used previously and have always been pleased with service.

Placed an order back in the beginning of August. Was advised 5-6 weeks delivery with personalisation. It has been 7 weeks now with no updates, I’ve tried emailing and calling and getting no response. Gutted as told the team they’d have their supplies by end of September.

Update : they understandably had a back log, communicated with me eventually by email and received the kit today, all looking great 👌🏼

The customer service was very helpful and answered my questions.

Had to order due to college having " shop" with them .
August 4th ordered 1 pair of tracksuit bottoms as uniform .
After a few emails chasing
They finally turned up September 23rd
On inspection wrong bottoms ,
thought i had ordered wrong pair or clicked wrong somewhere . No checked , ordered correct Kitking wrong.
So get back on email 48 hours later nothing
Left with wrong tracksuit bottoms and no answers I mean its not getting cold now is it
Prob get a reply of sorry we are busy at this time year. Well you are prob busy at the same time of year every year so perhaps you should be better prepared.
If i could shop elsewhere i would but sadly need the uniform.
So iam looking at prob 2 months plus for 1xpair of tracksuit bottoms
Thats if someone will answer email and sort this total debarcle out.

Update from 4th August till now
Still no tracksuit bottoms now 3rd OCTOBER . i have to get a playing shirt for April 26 so will think about ordering next week.
Worse customer service EVER . Still awaiting a new delivery date
Unless they hold the uniform you need would look elsewhere to supply.
If you dont have to use Kitking i advise you dont .

The experience with Lisa has been great. Efficient, great Communication and got the job done quickly.
Can’t fault the service at all.
