I was very excited to try Kizik's however, when I received the Venice, color Black on 2/20/23, I could tell that one of the shoes appeared to have been worn. There was a spot on the top, side and bottom. Requesting a refund, no exchange needed.
Complicated
Well…my order was never despatched. When I complained, the reaction was immediate: a new order was set up. Again, this was not despatched, so I complained again, and asked for a refund.
The reaction was immediate and friendly, and the money was instantly refunded.
I’m just wondering… do they want to sell their shoes?
Most comfortable sneaker EVER
I purchased my first pair of Kizik Irvine sneakers and was elated with both the comfort and convenience. I am on my feet all day and it was wonderful that my feet did not hurt at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend them and will be buying them again. I wish more colors were available.

Scam company, please don’t make the same mistake as we did and part with any money. No shoes delivered, no contact number, no response to emails. Disgusted.
I bought a Kizik gift card 5 days…
I bought a Kizik gift card 5 days before Christmas for my daughter. They wouldn't send it to her, it had to go to me to forward. It never materialized in my inbox. On the day after Christmas I contacted customer service and was told they would re-send my gift card. Nothing but their advertising emails came to my inbox. Next day I called and found they were closed for 5 days. I had nothing for a present even 5 days after Christmas. They should have followed up more carefully. They don't want your business. PayPal refunded me instantly.
Thieves and Liars
Have 3 pair. Bought one pair in June 2023; fabric above the heel has worn off in less than a year and I don't wear them that much. Kizik would not stand behind their product. Cheap quality, stupid expensive, no decent customer support. STAY AWAY.
Massive quality control issues
Quality control and customer service issues. My insole completely deteriorated after six months of wear. Completely worn through while the rest of the shoe is fine. Customer service is in the Philippines and could not care less, just providing canned answer templates. Marketing gimmick, poor quality.

I loved the color and how easy it is to slip in and out of these, and also how they fit my relatively wide feet. However, I may be one of those people who just can't wear any shoes and not everyday. My lower back and feet started to hurt after longer walks and the shoes became more and more looser no matter how tight I tied the laces.
I won't be buying them again, not for the price, shipping and import I had to pay to have them delivered to Japan.
Edit: I forgot to mention that they were also very slippery on wet surfaces. Oh and apparently they can't delete your account. 🤔

These shoes were my saving grace at the end of my pregnancy and now I can't stop wearing them! Very comfortable and being able to step right into them in great.
Returns or exchanges are IMPOSSIBLE
Just received my shoes and they were way too big. Try to return them… what a joke. They put you through a litany of webpages and you must input the SAME damned information over and over. Once you make it to the page where they offer you a return label… guess what happens? Order number not found! It’s the SAME number in my emails… it’s the SAME email address. But… nope! Trying to return these shoes is a sham! My friend went through the same thing and when she finally got through to a customer service agent… it was past the allotted time frame. The shoes are brand new… too large… don’t fit… never been worn… but, sorry… too late… no exchanges either.
And here we are again. The shoes were delivered 3 days ago and they make it so difficult that you give up.
Just go with Sketchers or Nike for hands free shoes… trust me on this… I’m doing this return for an older friend of mine and I cannot deal with their Hunger Games. At least you can return/ exchange your order with another shoe store without an hour of navigating through their HAPPY RETURN APP!
2 pairs of BRAND NEW shoes and cannot return them. If you’re lucky enough to pick out the PERFECT FIT… you’ll be fine… otherwise… just keep ‘em because they make it impossible to manage a return unless you have 2 hours to throw away and get nothing in return. I’m going to put a claim in with my credit card company. I’d suggest you do the same.
Poor quality, started fraying less than a year of use.
Agreed with others that they do not last that long. Less than a year I had them. They were comfortable, not used for daily wear, started fraying at the heel. They also offered a meager 15% discount, which I replied was not worth the expense since they did not even last one year.

The above is one of the emails I sent to Kizik, they had emailed me 4 emails stating I had $90 off my next order, however it would not give me the $90 off, after numerous emails back and fourth, they said they will not honour and I was not entitled to $90 off, then why send the emails? Anyway I have 5 pairs and purchased a pair for my husband daughter and mother. I love the shoes but customer service very frustrating. Due to this and principle of how I feel I will not order more.

I bought these shoes for my father who is 80 years old and lives in a retirement home (for Christmas last year). He found them very comfortable and wore them a lot, but never wore outside as it was winter time.
I live 3000 miles away from my father, and I went to visit him in June. This was the condition of the shoes (note he has the heel part taped up because it fell apart) I was very surprised so I wrote the company asking for compensation. Their response to me was they would give me a 15 percent off a new pair and that this was considered normal wear and tear. If this is normal, wear and tear for an 80 year old in a retirement home, I would not want to see what they look like after one year on a teenager or a man that is using them outside.
It also surprises me that they think I would want to buy another pair using their discount which was very minimal.
Best ever for foot pain, disabilities & narrow heels.
With 2 different kinds of foot pain, I've spent $$$ on good shoes. Kiziks are the only ones I can wear all day! My disabled son loves mine, so I got him a pair -- it's tough to put a shoe on a foot with low muscle tone. He & I both have narrow heels, too. My friend ordered a pair that bothered her bunion, & Kiziks Customer Service was fantastic, working with her til she got a good fit. No clue about negative reviews I see re: returns, cushioning, or quality. They're top notch.
Overpriced & stains can't be cleaned
Overpriced, poor quality. Sizing not true to normal sizing. I ended up with a shoe that is too big and too wide. Lacks support. If they get dirty you must immediately spot clean otherwise the stain remains & nothing will clean it. I tried machine washing several times, tried various cleaners, the insole twists & the stain remained. DO NOT BUY!

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. I was led astray by the all-five star reviews on the Kizik website. Upon receiving my shoes, I found the fit was awful. Yes, you can slide your foot in, but these shoes have absolutely no support, and a cheap foam bottom with no tread. These look like they would fall apart in the span of a few months...if I didn't twist my ankle first. They're worse than slides. When I tried to submit a review on the Kiziks website, the form wouldn't work. Not only that, but upon closer viewing, even the negative reviews show five stars...so it looks like the product has 1000+ five star reviews when actually a number of those customers were unhappy or returned their shoes. Very sketchy. That's what I get for buying a product I heard about on Instagram I guess!

I cannot believe that a company will not let you return or exchange their shoes if you walked outside?? WHAT? REALLY?
