Elena, sorry we've taken broccoli off at the moment as our growers are really struggling with volumes. Squash is off too. SHould have seen cauliflower, baby veg, tomatoes & aubergines... Sorry it's been a bit manic the last week as a few of us have been hit with COVID.
Delicious
Thanks to Smith and Brock for a delicious box of sweet and ripe or nearly ripe fruit. Reliable delivery, the whole family have enjoyed this selection which lasted nearly a week.

The quality is as good as ever in the seasonal box, however, I have the impression that there were less fruits & veggies than during the winter (no need to cook the food and freeze it this time) and the little explanatory slip was not in the box this time :(

Hi Cynthia sorry the leaflet wasn't there - if you need it emailed over now or in future please just shout and we can send accross if it went missing.
Good quality produce overall
Very good quality produce overall. Some of the items were not as described. e.g. eggs were featured in the website with a photo of a dozen but then you only buy half a dozen.

Sorry if the picture is a bit misleading - it should be 6 eggs as delivered.
Disappointing
Product received not as described in original mailing.
No delivery slot information despite being told there would be.
No tracking available despite being told there would be.
No contact details easily available.
All in all a disappointing experience.

Hi Steven,
We spoke on Saturday on the phone. Our planned driver for that run wasn't able to make it and being a busy bank holiday Saturday the run was late out, which is why you didn't get the tracking updates as the vehicle was still on site. I'll contact you directly to get some feedback on the product and i'll make this right for you. Sorry we let ourselves down on this occasion.

Excellent produce and timely deliver
Excellent produce and timely deliver, I notice though that almost everything came from the UK presumably because of the problems caused by Brexit.

Excellent every time
Excellent every time! I went on holiday and was returning a day after my scheduled delivery of my subscription box. I emailed to ask for this to be changed for that week only and it was sorted quickly, efficiently and professionally! Impeccable service and excellent produce every time.
