Koveproperties Reviews

I have been working with Kove for nearly 2 years now and they have been brilliant. Both of my rental properties were from deals sourced by them. They are helpful, enthusiastic and fun to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and they have helped me start my property investment journey. I would highly recommend using Kove.

I would highly recommend Kove, Dan and Jez are very refreshing in the property space. Having used a similar company and having an average experience, it’s refreshing to find a company that cares about what they do. They put so much time into the whole process it makes it very pain free and easy to scale a portfolio.

Kove Properties did a great job in sourcing our serviced accommodation and getting the purchase over the line.

Onto the refurb now!

Kove were amazing help and very supportive from the beginning. From onboarding us, to sourcing deals and supporting us through the conveyancing process. I would highly recommend for those looking for a more hands off approach to property investing.

Kove have been amazing, I have finally become a portfolio landlord which is something I’ve been planning to do but just haven’t had the time. The team have been patient with me having such a busy schedule and have found me 4 properties over the years that are now cash flowing and making me returns. The properties are great, refurb always went well and within timescale. It’s a perfect solution for those time poor like me.

Great service and knowledge, I was kept informed with updates during the whole process.
Thank you

Kove are great. Worked with Dan and Jez for a couple of years now. They have come far! They have a great team of experts who sort everything for you. The returns they offer are higher than most other companies, and they are very personable you can tell they really care

Excellent company to deal with very well organised with genuine service and support.
Great communication with Daniel and his team and have no problem in recommending Kove Estates as they offer a first class service

Made 4 investments with Kove. All outperforming the market and my expectations. Dan and Jez are solid as they come. Was sceptical at first but not just in awe and ready to go again

Haven’t completed the full process with kove, the property is in refurbishment at the moment. But from what I’ve experienced kove are that they deliver on what they say they will. Good experience so far

I’m working with Dan and Jez on a serviced accomodation deal. They are good guys and have been very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to other investors.

I've done a few serviced accommodation deals with Dan at Kove now and I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish , Kove have done exactly what it said on the tin; they found me a property and supported me through the purchase. They put me in touch with contacts for solicitors, mortgage broker, and contractors to carry out the refurb, who have all been great!
The RICS survey revealed that the property needed more work than first anticipated by the Kove team (the vendor had hidden a few things that weren’t apparent until a more thorough inspection was done). However, Jez at Kove negotiated with the vendor and managed to get a reduction on the agreed sale price, to compensate for the additional refurb costs, which was very much appreciated, and meant the forecasted figures still stacked up. Property refurb is now underway and although I’m in touch with the contractor carrying out the works, Jez is still overseeing it and keeping me updated on each phase etc. Hopefully the works will complete on schedule and we can then get it to market and let out via the Kove team, under their guaranteed rent scheme ! Overall an educational, enlightening experience to acquire my first BTL, which , thanks to the help of Kove, was actually somewhat enjoyable. I’m not sure that would’ve been the case had I tried to go it alone.
Once this one is over the line, I’ll be looking to work with Kove on future projects.

A very professional company with a person touch. They demonstrated a great knowledge of property and investment, giving us the confidence to allow Kove to manage our investments. Communication was superb throughout and we fully intend on working with Kove again in the future.

Great team - supported throughout and incredibly knowledgeable.
Made any steps throughout the process easy and when I had questions were quick to respond.

Have now completed multiple projects with Dan and Jez and can’t rate them highly enough- their knowledge on strategies specifically to the north east region is second to none and have helped us massively boost our portfolio in the last 12 months and looking forward to further projects in the future

It has just been a year and Kove has guided me to generate enough income to nearly replace my wage from my full-time job! I would definitely refer KOVE (Dan, Jez and their team) to people.

I've used KOVE to purchase 2 properties in the past 6 months. They have been super efficent in everything, taking a lot of the purchase stress away. Communication was brilliant throughout the whole process, with the guys keeping me up to date on developments. They found the first property within 1 week of our kick off call! Would recommend to all landlords and investors.

100% recommend Kove and the team. They’ve helped us expand our portfolio at a rapid rate without any hassle and provide a complete end to end service with confidence and professionalism. We have built a solid relationship based on mutual trust and respect and I look forward to working together for years to come.

The team at Kove are fantastic, easy to work with and source great deals.

Their highly knowledgable and know the market.

Looking forwarding to working with them again in the future.
