This is the 2nd time I have used Kramer Cremation services. They are professional, their staff is so kind and respectful. They respond to my needs immediately. Whenever I have questions, they help me and they are very caring. I will use their services in the future/

Caring staff

Josh was great, worked with us when another funeral home left us high and dry.

Josh, Alyssa, and Cassie have been wonderful during this difficult time. Very kind and helpful with planning and keeping in touch with arrangements.

The ease and oayment plan. They were curtious and helpful. Though I did have a little trouble getting my daughters remains everything worked out. She us home and het urn is beautiful.

Honestly...none of it was great but it wasn't because of anything any of yall did. Bless that poor little lady that had to give me my boogs, there's no doubt in my mind that she 100% cares about people and I'm thankful for her.

The entire process was so easy and professional. During such a time where heartache is at its fullest, Kramer Cremation makes this process so easy for our fur babies preparation. Their method of allowing customers to pick exactly what they want during this process without the guilt or pressure is second to NONE. The Kramer Family Funeral Home was so helpful during our family’s difficult time. They answered all of our questions and helped us through the process. They followed up with us during the process to insure us everything was being done with respect and our loved one was taken care of.

What made my experience great was the way they made me feel.. And the crazy part is there was hardly any interaction between the staff and us. The way they respected our privacy when dropping off our loved one was much appreciated. Even though the interaction was minimum they made us feel like they really cared. I definitely will recommend this place to friends and family.

I had no experience whatsoever with planning an end of life situation, Kramer was super helpful they did everything above and beyond what I expected! they were wonderful I happened to find them on Google and would suggest it to anybody that has to deal with this kind of situation

We chose this company cause they actually showed compassion and was in contact with us every step of the way when we had to lay our son to rest, very professional, caring,thoughtful and open communication, made us feel like they cared about our family and son more than just the money.
