Bought the K7 for my 5 year olds birthday and he loved it, great bit of kit, thinks he’s riding a real dirt bike as he keeps saying. Will definitely be looking to upgrade to the next level bike in a year or so.

Going to try and break this down….
Delivery - excellent - kept in the loop and given times when the bike was going to be delivered. Also received a message on the day that the delivery was a little behind on time. (Which was completely fine)
Building the bike - easy enough, followed the video which was supplied by the guys.
Quality of the bike - amazing! My son went for the orange one (K10) I was leaning more towards the green colour, but it was up to my son as it was his birthday 🎈
Riding the bike - My son loves it!! Like really really loves it! As I’m writing this message he’s sitting on it asking to me go out lol
I’m going to give it a couple of months and if my son is still mad in love with his bike, I’m going to get my self the adult bike from the same guys, so we can make days out!
Overall great experience from start to finish.

A family run company is generally filled with care and attention and kubbi have been no different ! The speed of delivery from the ordering to the door was unreal.
I did struggle to put it together and the customer care was fantastic too and my son loves it but I think the only problem now is he’s addicted and it’s going cost me a lot of money !

ordered one for my sons birthday came within a couple days, easy to build, slight problem with holding charge which they replied quickly and explained it may take a few charges to hold charge and have kept in contact for if it doesnt to resolve, cant fault them atall

On the charging, that's completely normal, batteries can take a few cycles to fully break in and hold a proper charge, but we'll always be right here if that changes. Really appreciate you giving us the chance to sort it and for the trust in the meantime. Hope he's having an amazing time on it 🎉

The bike was already assembled, you just have put the handle bars on which were easy to do. We gave it a test run and were very pleased with the bike’s performance. Can’t wait for my grandson to have a go

Absolutely love the laughs I can hear from my kids helmets when they are doing laps on the field. Every day they go out on it, the only thing u would like to see improved for me to get another is the battery life. They get around 30 mins flat out. Apart from that, get your kids one

Zero customer service
From a customer service standpoint, the experience has been poor. In terms of the product it seems decent it’s solid strong battery life performs well was easy to set up. Where I’m less happy as customer service - I called customer Support three times left voicemails, sent three emails and got NO reply to any of these. Kubbi positions itself as being UK based and having great customer support which was a big upside and a reason I picked them over some of their Chinese manufactured bikes. The fact that customer service was non-existent is extremely disappointing.

Kubbi K7 Pro, best purchase ever!
Just purchased the Kubbi K7 Pro for my son’s 7th birthday. It looks and feels extremely high quality, I wouldn’t buy my son any other bike/quad now & will be for sure be purchasing the next size up as he grows! He has now been asking to go out on the bike for last 3 days, soon as he got in from school today he was right out on it! Very handy that it had lower gears for him as a beginner, within 5 minutes he was in 3rd gear😂 Customer service is fab & they run competitions with cash prizes for their customers, what more could you ask for really? Thanks to the team at Kubbi for being the highlight of my son’s birthday!
