Amazing …
Absolutely love the laughs I can hear from my kids helmets when they are doing laps on the field. Every day they go out on it, the only thing u would like to see improved for me to get another is the battery life. They get around 30 mins flat out. Apart from that, get your kids one

Zero customer service
From a customer service standpoint, the experience has been poor. In terms of the product it seems decent it’s solid strong battery life performs well was easy to set up. Where I’m less happy as customer service - I called customer Support three times left voicemails, sent three emails and got NO reply to any of these. Kubbi positions itself as being UK based and having great customer support which was a big upside and a reason I picked them over some of their Chinese manufactured bikes. The fact that customer service was non-existent is extremely disappointing.

Kubbi K7 Pro, best purchase ever!
Just purchased the Kubbi K7 Pro for my son’s 7th birthday. It looks and feels extremely high quality, I wouldn’t buy my son any other bike/quad now & will be for sure be purchasing the next size up as he grows! He has now been asking to go out on the bike for last 3 days, soon as he got in from school today he was right out on it! Very handy that it had lower gears for him as a beginner, within 5 minutes he was in 3rd gear😂 Customer service is fab & they run competitions with cash prizes for their customers, what more could you ask for really? Thanks to the team at Kubbi for being the highlight of my son’s birthday!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, ordered on the 17th of August and was immediately sent an email saying it had been dispatched. Over the next few days kept checking the tracking and realised it hadn't changed since it had originally been sent . Emailed customer service and was told that there was a back log at the warehouse and it would be out in the next few days. Few days go by and nothing email again and get told its going to be another week or so which is a problem due to this being a birthday present, so we continue to wait. A week goes by and still nothing so i Emailed again on Friday to be told its gonna be another week at this point Ive lost faith in the company its clearly a drop shipping company without any physical stock which is why the they haven't sent anything out . The lies are really annoying but to rub salt in the wound I keep getting emails asking how my new bike is and if I can send videos and pictures of the new bike in to them which is mega frustrating. After all this ive had to go out and buy my daughter a revvi bike instead as this company cannot deliver or what they say they are going to. Now probably going to have to fight a refund out of them aswell. I wouldn't recommend this company and will never be using them again

Our interaction with Kubbi was entirely positive.
I am now enjoying watching my almost five year-old son gaining confidence on his Kubbi K10. He has even started standing up on the pegs in the rough stuff.
We are sticking to grassy orchards and sun-baked paddock for now, but will soon venture further afield onto farm tracks and byways.
The beauty of it is that we don't disturb people or wildlife.
