As a husband trying to buy something special for our honeymoon the service in helping me choose the right peace and also the help with getting the size correct was absolutely next to none ! Emma was extremely helpful and I must say the outfit looks stunning cant wait for next week to see the wife enjoy it as much as I am going to

Haven’t purchased, but upon looking deeper into the site, I found multiple items which are on this site under 1 name, and the exact same item on another site under a different name. Clearly multiple ’companies’ drop shipping the same clothes

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Delays in shipping. Incorrect address. Nonsense about « not our fault » Always an excude for poor service and always blaming the manufacture, the shipper, China, and even unable tô simply cancel an order and give a refund. Never use this company.

I ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size, and when I got in touch regarding a swap. The customer service was quick and efficient. Also gave great help in the questions I had regarding my body shape and exchange was sorted and they even threw me in a free wash bag too 💛 couldn’t recommend enough and looking forward to my new sets arriving.

I bought a set for my wife , whilst I was deployed away with the military. Unfortunately I got the size a bit wrong and thought I was too late for an exchange..... The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever! It took a week to receive a store credit and then when I tried using it my own credit card was charged and now I am trying to get back that and my original payment. TRUSTPILOT does not work and there is no human behind this process. Very unhappy and this is a scam!
