Misleading Delivery Times and Poor Customer Service
The delivery times displayed on the website are misleading and should be much more precise. When I placed my order, the website clearly stated that delivery would take 9 days. I made my purchase based on that information and reasonably expected to receive my package within that timeframe.
When the package failed to arrive, customer service was completely unhelpful. They simply told me to contact the delivery company. However, when I did, the delivery company informed me that they had not even received the package. Instead of taking responsibility and investigating the issue, I was left to deal with the problem on my own.
This delay is not my fault. The inaccurate delivery estimate on the website directly influenced my decision to buy the product. As a customer, I have the right to receive accurate information before making a purchase and to rely on the delivery commitments a company advertises.
I find it unacceptable that, in 2026, a company still provides misleading delivery estimates and fails to offer clear communication or meaningful support when problems arise. This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on the company’s customer service and overall reliability.

I purchased 3 items
The cuts in the bust are very narrow.
When I asked to initiate return, my request was responded to within minutes. Then proceeded with back and forth email, being offered various discounts/offers so that I don’t return. Was even offered to keep the items and store credit, still not interested. Never heard of such an exuberant offer to keep an order from being returned (red flag in my opinion).
Once I rejected the final offer, radio silence. No response to follow up emails. I find it odd and rather interesting when It was clear that I would be proceeding with a return that follow up communication is nonexistent.

Don't be fooled
Ordered two items from Lace & Lush and regretted it. Quality is poor, nothing like the site photos suggest. Sizing is inconsistent: ordered both items in the same size, and only one actually fit.
Also worth flagging: despite prices showing in GBP, this is a China based operation shipping from China, nothing on the site makes that clear upfront, and it explains the long wait.
When one item arrived faulty, getting a refund was a nightmare. No easy returns process even for a faulty item. And if you do want to return something, you're expected to pay for shipping back to China yourself, which often costs more than the item's worth.
Save your money and shop somewhere with transparent sourcing and real customer service.

Quality not worth the pricing.
I bought the feline set for £44 plus postage… the online shop gives a Netherlands address, however when tracking became available it was actually been made and shipped from china. When it arrived, the quality was shocking and the fit - the cup wiring are completely flat - doesn’t fit around the breasts at all. I’d expect to pay that much money for decent quality but was such a rip off. Won’t be buying from them again.
