The shipping took longer that expected, but appart from that the products are lovely, quality is quite ok for what I expected, and the fit is pretty good (except for the thigh accessories, always too tight 🥲) - but overall experience was good!

Great quality and true to size
The quality of these products are unreal. I didn’t know what to expect as they look amazing online but sometimes that doesn’t line up when they arrive but they were really good. Sizing was true to size too, I got one larger just in case but they all fit really well and I was really happy with my purchase. I will buy from them again 😃

Ordered wrong size
I ordered the wrong size for my wife so I contacted Lace and Lush about exchanging the items for the correct size. I received a prompt response and absolutely no hassle or question about exchanging. An email to confirm the new size and confirm address and items are on their way. The customer service is outstanding.

I ended up dealing with Customer Service due to a size issue. It was my own fault for not double checking, but they were incredibly helpful and understanding!!!!
The products themselves were very nicely sewn and constructed. The fabrics were skin friendly and comfortable.
