Requested a return multiple times, never received a response.
I received the product but the fit wasn’t right. I sent three emails in March to customer service to start the returns process, I still haven’t had a response.

Order 29th May and delivery received 12th June.
Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product and will not be wearing. Disappointed as online the set was very pretty and looked lovely. I will not be purchasing again.

Scam! - do not buy.
Ordered 3 sets of lingerie online and the company never delivered.
I write to them numerous times by e-mail and they just sent me a tracking number that was not valid.
After many mails requesting my products they just stopped responding.
Do not buy! - this is a completely fake company.

Came with in 1 week of ordering! Love the product, style and fabric are amazing. Sadly the set I bought and a gem that broke off in the wash on the initial wash. Set is still beautiful just disappointed it damaged easily and right away
Update: after speaking with customer service, a new replacement has been sent. Very quick response from customer service!

No delivery after 4 weeks; No customer service
I placed an order with Lace and Lush on 27th May and was notified that it would be out for delivery on 8th June. On 10th June I got a notification to say there was a delay, and then the next day it said it was being returned to sender. I still have no idea why.
I have contacted Lace and Lush by e-mail 3 times and have received no response at all. As it’s been almost a month and I don’t believe the package is ever coming, I’d really like my money back… I’d be grateful if someone from Lace and Lush could get back to me (Ref number H01LFA0292771422).

I love the wide variety of colours! The team is also extremely helpful. The size I chose was way too small. When I reached out to start a return they helped me with getting the most flattering fit :) so excited to get my correct sizing in the mail.

Manglende svar fra kundeservice
Update: Lace&Lush skrev på mail, at mine mails var havnet i spam-filteret, hvorfor de derfor ikke havde svaret. Kundeservice var hurtige til at afsende en ny størrelse og beklagede meget!
Jeg er desværre meget skuffet over kundeservicen hos Lace&Lush.
Jeg modtog min ordre (#LL125408) og er egentlig glad for produkterne, men størrelsen er desværre for lille. Derfor kontaktede jeg virksomheden inden for den relevante frist for at høre, om jeg kunne ombytte begge sæt til en større størrelse.
Da jeg ikke modtog noget svar på min første e-mail, sendte jeg en opfølgende e-mail for at sikre mig, at min henvendelse var modtaget. Jeg har dokumentation for begge e-mails, men på trods af flere forsøg på kontakt har jeg stadig ikke modtaget noget svar.
Det er meget frustrerende som kunde at forsøge at få hjælp til en simpel ombytning uden overhovedet at få en tilbagemelding. Jeg ønsker fortsat blot at få ombyttet varerne til den korrekte størrelse, men manglen på kundeservice gør det umuligt.
Jeg håber, virksomheden vil tage kontakt og få løst sagen, men indtil videre har min oplevelse været meget utilfredsstillende.
