Frustrating experience
Frustrating experience. Didn't get my package (not their fault), but trying to get a resolution with them was a nightmare. For weeks they kept saying they'd get back to me and I wouldn't hear a thing. In the end had to raise a credit card dispute to get a resolution. Customer service in these situations could be much improved. I won't be purchasing from here again.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von meiner Bestellung bei Lace & Lush. Als das Paket endlich ankam( nach knapp 3 Wochen ) war es komplett verknüllt und sah aus, als wäre es schon einmal durch halb Europa geschickt worden.
Das Set selbst ist leider genauso schlecht: Der Stoff kratzt unangenehm auf der Haut und fühlt sich billig an. Dazu kommt noch ein wirklich unangenehmer Geruch, der auch nach dem Auspacken nicht sofort verschwindet.
Insgesamt absolut keine Kaufempfehlung. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Qualität und Sorgfalt erwartet. Wirklich enttäuschend.

My lara set came yesterday and the color is even prettier in daylight. The lace feels soft and not itchy which was my main worry. Delivery took around four days and tracking worked fine. I’ll probably grab another shade soon.

late night purchase i don’t regret
I grabbed the valeria set on a late night scroll and honestly didn’t expect much. When it arrived, the lace felt way softer than I thought and nothing scratched my skin. Shipping took about four days which was quicker then expected. I’ve already worn it twice and it still looks brand new.

instagram made me buy it and i’m glad i did
I ordered the liaza bodysuit after seeing it on Instagram. The fit surprised me in a good way because nothing rides up or feels tight. It arrived neatly wrapped and didnt smell weird like some packages do. Really pleased with it.

The pieces I ordered look just as advertised, sizing was as expected, except for one piece, which is being easily exchanged. Everything is beautifully made and good quality. Very happy with my order and will be ordering again in the future.

I tried the zoe set after reading a few reviews online. The color is bright but still classy and the fabric feels silky. It arrived in about four days and tracking updates were simple and clear. I’m glad I took the chance.

My eliza set came wrapped so carefully which made it feel special. The lace pattern is beautiful and the straps sit perfectly on my shoulders. Delivery took around three days which was quicker then I expected. Great experience overall.
