Laithwaites Wine USA Reviews

Our concierge was helpful in getting us the wines we love!

My personal Wine consultant Cably, forgive me if I misspelled. He is such a great salesman, knows what I like.

Delivery was on time and quick. Can't wait to try some of these wines.

I have been a long-time club member - happy with the wines and selection and packaging. My recent case did not include the bonus 3 bottles from accumulating "bottle credits" from prior shipments. I have a screenshot from my account showing that "This case [the one I just received] will arrive with three BONUS bottles - cheers!" They were not included and I sent two emails to customer service and finally received a response that "...we can confirm that your order does not include the three bonus bottles" This happened before about two years ago and I got the runaround then, was connected with a wine advisor and had to place another order to get my three bonus bottles. Now it happened again - their own promotion is not honored. Planning to cancel my membership after my pre-ordered advent calendar arrives. I have had bad luck calling customer service - no one understands what you are trying to say nor are they empowered to help. Very disappointed as I really enjoy the wine.

Your representative, Ghazi, was helpful in my selection of a Wine. She told me I do not have to buy 12 bottles I can mix and match or just get several bottles at one time which I never knew.

order was accurate, prompt delivery, saved a few dollars.

Delicious wine choices at an affordable price. Shipped very promptly.

Got what I ordered when I was told it would be here!

A really nice selections of Fall wines.

I received the wine safe and within several days from my order.

I have been a customer of Laithwsites for many years. I subscribe to several of the vineyard partners wines and am very happy with the quality and price. Also, I would like to give my wine advisor Candace a special thank you.other nice things they offer are the $89 for a year of unlimited free shipping is so helpful. Finally ,the returns policy is very nice, even though I have only used it once in my long term, 5 to 10 years, with Laithwaite.I know a little more about wine nowadays, but I know Laithwaites has been a real find for me

We love the wine we always get and Courtney is great. She always makes us feel special.

Issue was resolved within 10 minutes of call.
Laithwait associate was professional and corected the error without discussion or assigning blame.

Good wine and price was fair plus good customer service.

I love the vast array of selections. Especially many of the lesser known varieties.

Great wines at great prices with excellent service. Good choice of European wines.

Great selection.

My experience was a bit worse this time
FETCH delivery 🚚 , frankly gave me palpitations.

Your requests to review & rate wines are not useful. They arrive before we have even sampled the wines and are limited just the most recent shipment.it would seem you are not really interested in our
Opinion but in selling more wine.
