Your representative, Ghazi, was helpful in my selection of a Wine. She told me I do not have to buy 12 bottles I can mix and match or just get several bottles at one time which I never knew.
Not only is the wine good but I enjoy getting suggestions from my sales rep, Kelby! He always lets me know when something might appeal and he has been right so far. I enjoy the ease in ordering from... Toon meer

WINES ARE ALWAYS GOOD-TO-GREAT
WINES ARE ALWAYS GOOD-TO-GREAT
THEY are honest about how the wines are crafted. And now that many are NOT drinking wine, prices have come down.
I prefer wines from France, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Australia because they use less pesticides and sulfites.

Not only is the wine good but I enjoy getting suggestions from my sales rep, Kelby! He always lets me know when something might appeal and he has been right so far. I enjoy the ease in ordering from Laithwaites, the prices and the chance to taste wines not available where I live.

I purchased a case of Chateau la…
I purchased a case of Chateau la Clariere 2022 red blend only to received 5 of the Chateau wine and 7 of a lesser red wine (as defined by Laithwaites). Laithwaites was gracious enough to replace the 7 Chateau wines (industry standard), but they gave me 11 (not 12) bottles so there went another round of phone calls, This all worked out fine but was unduly complicated. Your customer service is still way above your competitors so this was a disappointment.
The above-referenced purchase qualified me for their $50 e-card. It is real chicken to advertise this e-card in one sale only to find out it won't be useable until after most recent offer expired.

Antwoord van Laithwaites Wine USA
Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback with us. We appreciate your loyalty and your recognition of our customer service standards, which makes it even more important for us to address where we fell short in this instance.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive an incorrect assortment in your initial order of the 2022 red blend, and then to experience further complications with the quantity of the replacement bottles. Having to make multiple phone calls to resolve a single order is not the seamless experience we aim to provide. We are currently reviewing our packing and quality control processes to ensure that replacement orders are fulfilled accurately the first time around.
Regarding the promotional voucher, we acknowledge your disappointment with the restrictive redemption dates. We are sharing your comments directly with our marketing team to evaluate how we communicate promotional terms and validity periods, as we want our offers to feel rewarding rather than confusing or inconvenient. Your insights are invaluable as we work to improve our services and regain your complete confidence.
Easy and good choices.
