Good wine selection with a quick delivery

I like the variety of your offers as well as the high quality. Never had a bottle I did not like!

The Customer Service team is very friendly, but not so much knowledgeable. I did have a bad experience with one Customer Service rep that seemed like he just needed to get home and couldn’t be bothered to get things correct with me and answer all my questions. It was very frustrating and I wish I wouldn’t have placed an order with him, but I did . I also placed an order with another Customer Service rep, and the rest of the team was very friendly however, the gift that I sent to my friend in Florida from the fantastic fall collection, they did not get their Wine tote so I had to request that and they just received it today so , Thank you! However I ordered some wine for myself and I only like red and the flyer that I got in the mail said if you don’t want this fall mix, you can go online for all reds or all whites all got just 11.11 a bottle. It was very confusing because nobody knew what they could give me for the all red option to fulfill that order for the fantastic fall mix at that sale. Price and I had to go through a lot of hoops and get a supervisor involved and basically make four or five phone calls just to get my order placed and I think that was a little frustrating as they’re the ones who sent this information and said this is what you can do if you don’t like this fall mix, and I read the flyer to them and no one seemed to know that it was called the fantastic fall mix, and what it was and one of the reps argued with me and I didn’t understand that either cause I was looking right at the flyer and I still have it in possession so I did have some concerns. The Wine is good , so that’s the enjoyable part but I didn’t get a wine tote and I didn’t understand why I didn’t get a wine tote just because I had to go a different route with the order . 😞

Great wine selection

selection as advertised, decent savings, arrived promptly.

The wine was delivered unexpectedly quick.

I love the choices of your wine and so very convenient to have my wine delivered.

The products are wonderful and I enjoy sharing the wine with friends and family. The service is prompt and reliable

Very average. Was expecting something a little better.

Wines delivered on day/time expected, and driver was great and placed the crate over my threshold. As always, I love your Marlborough Savignon selection!

I my need to trade up. I see a lot or the same wines in the plan i am in.

Great selections of wine I was interested in trying. Great first time buyer discount. Delivery speed was way beyond expectations. Packaging was best in class. Order was accurate. Could not have been better.

Wines are in great condition. Mystery Roses are what I expected. The mystery reds were better than I expected. The verity of roses had six bottles of the vintner; they are wonderful wines. A bit more verity would be helpful.

Short amount of hold time till I was able to talk to a live person.
