This was my first time buying a house. I spoke with Tom who was very helpful, took the time to listen to my situation and circumstances then investigated the available options.
He then took me through my options, providing the positives and potential pitfalls of all options.

As I'm writing this, I haven't quite completed the house move yet.

That being said the service I have had from Tom and Rhianna has been very professional, knowledgeable and absolutely spot on. Tom especially, has been giving great impartial advice and has spent a considerable amount of time to get products switched with the change in interest rates.

Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We are first time buyers and both Tom and Rhianna have been absolutely fantastic and have made the whole process of a mortgage application completely stress free! The communication has been brilliant from both of them and they were both there to answer any questions that we had. Tom found us a great deal on a mortgage and was very thorough when explaining all of the small print which made everything a lot more digestible. We can’t fault the process and have felt supported the whole way though. 11/10 - would highly recommend!

After discussing my circumstances I was told i can get a certain amount for mortgage and got me their company's mortgage in principle. After search for a while my offer was accepted. I called there was no answer and sent an email. I was told after 3 days that she's not in the office so her colleague will assist me from there. It caused a week delay by promising me she would find me a mortgage but in the end I had to go for a different broker.

I have used Aaron a couple of times now and he's been outstanding.Very swtiched on to understanding your needs and requirements and goes out his way to get you the best deal. Was always get upto date and he's managed to secure mortgage deals very quickly with the banks using his contacts there. I would highly recommend Aaron and Charlotte who look after things once Aaron has got you what you need. He will be my only go to for mortgages etc in the future.
