Just renewed my mortgage with this company after a stressful start with another one .I couldn't recommend them enough especially Tom Dean.
He was very efficient , knowledgeable and kind in handling a very nervous client.
Always emailed me or rang with updates when necessary and made me feel like i was in safe hands, can't thank him enough and would definitely use him again.

As first time buyers, we didn't know much about buying a house. Aaron was by far the best of the four financial advisors we spoke to. He explained everything clearly, was always available for questions, and would patiently answer the same question multiple times if I was nervous about something in particular. He stayed up late one night to push our application through to get a lower interest rate. I very highly recommend him.

I tracked down Douglas Miller as he was an excellent mortgage broker whom I had dealt with in the past but who left his last place in between mortgages.
His last place was letting me down and Doug - never once bad-mouthing his last place - has showed me why I used to use them and why I never will again.

He resolved my buy-to-let mortgage in a fraction of the time I spent chasing L&C just to talk to someone.

He and Charlotte are now working on my home mortgage and will get all my recommendations, etc. for the future. Excellent team.
