I recently approached Doug for guidance on how much I could afford if wanted additional borrowings when came time to remortgage at the end of the year, so that I could consider whether was feasible to fund building an extension on my house. Doug was not only very responsive (to include a follow up whilst he was on leave) but helpful in explaining different options and generally talking through finance needed for my project. I am pleased with the results as only a couple of days later had an offer with a great rate and knowledge that can secure the additional funds which should hopefully cover all works wanted.. and with the offer open for 6 months, it gives me flexibility to reduce borrowings if quotes come in less and also change rate if the markets improve any more. A little of peace of mind in planning my next stage of life - now if only he could also project manage the actual extension build! 😀

I needed to arrange refinancing for a couple of BTL properties and Aaron dealt with the process smoothly and efficiently.

He's gone above and beyond to be available to us any time we've needed any time we had any questions. A very positive and trustworthy alternative to the larger advisor firms being that they are relatively new and not swamped, unlike L&C who I couldnt book in to speak to for three weeks. With Aaron's several years working high up at L&C anyway, the knowledge and experience was the same if not better, and the rates available to us were exactly the same as any other firm.
As first time buyers we had a lot of stupid questions which Aaron patiently went tghrough with us and explained all the quirks of the different lendor's offers.

Also worth noting, these guys didnt charge us as buyers a commision, which is obviously a huge bonus. We'll be using these guys for years to come
