As first time buyers looking for a mortgage, we simply didn’t know where to start. Doug was absolutely fantastic from the very first phone call. He was personal, professional, and definitely knows his stuff! He guided us through the whole process step by step, and nothing was too much trouble despite our endless questions. We cannot recommend him highly enough and will never go elsewhere for mortgage advice in the future.

We have today been issued our mortgage offer and it’s all thanks to Aaron. within the first call he had taken all relevant details and discussed our requirements, we were not your normal case with one self employed and one who had not been in work for over a year due to illness so we really did not think anything could be done after speaking to numerous other brokers and being told “no” at every turn. Aaron was honest and upfront from the very start, by the end of the call I was so reassured by his positive attitude and confident manner. Within an hour he had called us with an AIP, something we did not think would happen!! All paperwork was requested and was all exactly what the lender wanted, not just a bit of everything!! Aaron really took his time to go through all the documents and make sure it was all spot on, once the application was fully made and the final letter from my employer submitted, our offer was with us within the hour!!! I can not thank Aaron enough, after a terrible year as a family we are now able to buy our forever family home, we look forward to making new memories and will certainly be back when it’s time to remortgage.

THE remortgage was done at lightening speed. I contacted Aaron very late around 3 weeks before the existing mortgage product was coming to an end and asked if it could be expedited. Aaron did everything Just in time and me despite being late in contacting him, he too the pain and went out of way to get my new remortgage product with additional advance agreed with a new lender and in 3 weeks time with the help of the recommended solicitor, I got the remortgage switched over to the new lender at the best rate.

We found the whole approach very welcoming and professional. Aaron was super clear in explaining the entire process and made himself available to answer all our questions throughout. Overall really prompt service and great overall experience. Highly recommend.
