Matt came over at short notice and was here for some time explaining pros and cons etc. He was very willing to answer subsequent questions. Nothing seemed to be any trouble at all.
Engineers turned up on the day they said and completed the installation in one day, but ran out of daylight to complete the commissioning of the system which was done the next morning.
Scaffolding came down a week later and system works fine. Just need some sunshine now.
Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from initial visit through to survey, installation and then after-sales. A minor teething issue (not the fault of the installers I must add) was sorted super fast and the price paid was lower than quotes I had been given from some larger national suppliers. The installation itself is very tidy and the hardware does exactly what we wanted it to!

Took time to explain how it worked and how I should use it.

James and their electricians went out of their way to find the best solution for our battery installation. This involved several visits and options being discussed and modified until the ideal solution was found. Two electricians fitted the unit in 1 day and it all went like clockwork. We are currently working with UK Power Networks to get our incoming voltage down as it regularly goes over 253 V and trips the system. LCS Energy have continued to support us through this and hopefully we will soon be able to resolve this issue with UK Power Networks. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend LCS Energy. From the scaffold being fitted to the end of the installation was first class. Every day was pouring with rain but they all just got on with everything. The electrician was brilliant, explained everything that was going on. We are senior citizens and bit naive about new technology but everything went extremely well. I would definately recommend LCS Energy to anyone thinking about having solar panels fitted. Even our dog liked the electrician !

This company were brilliant, best team of solar panel installation and electrical installation ever. They were polite, hard working and cleared up afterwards. My solar panels are high quality and were installed in one day.

My charger was installed by LCS 2.5 years ago. It has recently been sporadically tripping out at the fuse board. Great follow up service, all under warranty.

Solar and battery installation went well from start to finish. Great communication from office when delayed due to equipment shortage. Professional install by solar fitters and electricians who all take great pride in their work. Would definitely use again.

I am very pleased with my solar and battery install from LCS Energy. They listened to my requirements better than other companies I met with, and after agreeing a quotation in June 2022 stayed in touch as we worked through delays with DNO Approvals and parts deliveries. The install in February 2023 went smoothly, with particular thanks to the LCS electricians who listened to my requests and produced a clean tidy installation. As this was an in-roof solar install they worked well with my chosen roofer to agree schedules and deliver the parts. A month in I've had no issues, just greatly reduced bills.

Very neat installation, just what I wanted. Not used EV Charger yet as car not arriving for a couple of months.

Great experience from start to finish. The office team kept good communication, the pre assessment was detailed and provided confidence about the installation. Other I had looked at wanted up front payment with no assessment and risk of further cost at installation whereas lcs reviewed everything before installation. The installer was very pleasant and polite, took care in his work and we are really happy with the charger and installation.
