Great service from LCS, professional neat install, Zappi charger works well

Had my Hypervolt charger installed start of the year by LCS Energy, was scheduled for December but the installer had broken his Ankle. Good clean install, took a little longer than I thought but the install was super tidy, and the service both on the day and during booking etc was first class, 100% recommend these guys.

We had a Ohme Home Pro EV charger installed by LCS Energy, Simon was our installer, he turned up on time and worked really hard to place the charger in the desired location or our choice. He was tidy, polite and professional and left no mess. Very Happy with the workmanship and would certainly recommend LCS Energy to friends and family in future.

LCS visited us and explained everything we needed to know. We received to quote and specification, a few days later, and after we accepted, they arranged everthing.The team were very helpful and informative and the system was fitted very efficiently by the installation team.

LCS Energy were recommended by Hypervolt as my nearest approved installer. Throughout the process, their communication has been fantastic. I had a minor issue with the install and James and the team went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the final result. Ordered an Ohme Home Pro charger for my MG5 EV. The quote came back quickly from LCS and was reasonable. LCS were quick to offer an installation date and confirmed this before arrival.
The installer was great, confirming exact location. The job was done to a very high standard and the unit explained well.

Having identified LCS Energy as my local installer of EV chargers, I was delighted to find a company that provides a 5 Star service. The process was faultless with the back room staff very accommodating when I requested a change of date for the fitting. The engineer maintained the high service with a neat installation. Good experience with LCS Energy and installation of OHME EV charger. Company very responsive and communications are good. They carefully checked the proposed location and existing electrical installation before arrival of engineer. Very concerned to make the installation as neat and unobtrusive as possible by careful siting of cable runs etc. Clean job, approx two hours.
Only glitch was that the RCD in the newly installed GARO unit failed the commissioning test. However, LCS replaced it within 3 working days.
