I thought Phoebe Cross was fantastic, she came across Professional, Friendly, warm and had a great plethora of knowledge in the housing industry, If I had questions about the process or any doubts she was always their to support me, I think Leaders are one of the best HMO managements I've come across so Professional and respectable.

Phoebe from the team at Leaders has facilitated a few viewings for myself and my partner, looking for our first flat, and has been nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful for the entire process.

I have a mental health disability and I was extremely anxious about dealing with an agent. When we approached Leaders and Phoebe Cross led the process, my whole experience was immensely calm, clear, organised, and it showed attention to detail and caring for the clients. I couldn't be more grateful to have been guided through the letting by Phoebe, she was professional and warm.

Phoebe cross was an amazing person who helped us through out our enquiries that we have made for 2 properties in Stansted area.

I had a very pleasent experience! The agent was extremely professional and made the entire process feel smooth and well-organised. They were also very welcoming, approachable, and happy to answer all of my questions, which really put me at ease. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciated the level of service provided.

My experience with Leaders has been shocking from start to finish. After viewing the property and agreeing an offer, I was told the property was tenanted but that the tenants would be out by the time completion took place. Four months later, when I asked for an update, I was suddenly told the tenants were not even aware they were expected to leave, and that I would have to complete the purchase with tenants still in place.
This was only disclosed after I had already obtained my mortgage offer and progressed everything, despite this being an equity release purchase. I have now completed, and three weeks later I still have no clear information about the tenants or when I will be able to access my property.
I have been repeatedly promised that this would be sorted, but nothing has happened. On top of that, I have not received any rent from the tenants.
I am an investor and have dealt with many property transactions, but I have never come across such an unprofessional service or so many broken promises. Very disappointing
