I have used this office to manage a couple of flats for almost a decade. Whilst the new IT based approach was initially frustrating, the staff have not lost their personal touch! Most appreciated was all their work in dealing with UK legal changes, and not least the Peterborough licencing money grab. Thank you for your attentive, reliable service.

I have dealt with Rosedales and now Leaders for a number of years and have always been impressed with the service they provide and their knowledge and contacts to rectify any problems when they occur. Linzi Taylor is the Property Manager and she is always helpful when problems arise and suggests a solution how to resolve it. Linzi and her team are very efficient and keep you up to date on progress with the work you have agreed for them to deal with. They have tradesmen they contact who are very quick to fix any issues that arise. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leaders in Bourne, Lincolnshire to any landlord.

Leaders provide an excellent service, they always keep me up to date and get back to me if there are any issues. My contact is usually Bethany who is organised helpful and efficient.

I have been with Leaders since December 2023, after moving into my own place. As it was my first time doing it all on my own it was a bit daunting but Leaders and particularly Linzi have made it a wonderful experience throughout.
