Leaders - Bourne Reviews 

Communication is always very important and Linzi at Leaders in Bourne was very detailed and keen to get everything sorted out in an efficient manner. She also managed to get work completed in a timely manner.

Would like to give big shout out to Beth at Leaders for being amazing during a moment of need at our rented property in Peterborough. After a very long day in which a plumber, who was great ,added a radiator in the cloakroom downstairs toilet. Once fitted, he had to check the heat & water supply was working. Unfortunately after 5 hours in total of completing the whole job, there was an issue in which the boiler stopped working. The plumber couldn't finish the problem due not having a Gas certificate. He contacted his office who also relayed the info back to Leaders. I was frantic as there was no hot water or heat in the house and it was a late Friday afternoon and called and spoke to Beth. She listened to me freak out and in a calming voice said - "Don't worry, I'm on it- hold tight". Within 5 mins she called back and said that she had arranged to get a Gas engineer to my home within the hour. We can not be more thankful for the way Beth helped and understood the issue. She is a credit to Leaders and I wish to give a small appreciation in this little review of how much I and my partner are grateful for her assistance. Beth -thank you!

I have utilised Leaders in Bourne for a long time now as a landlord. The service provided is responsive and efficient from the whole team, in particular Linzi Taylor who manages my account is exceptional.

Linzi is always a pleasure to deal with. She is efficient, helpful, cheerful and charming.

Constance is our property manager and she is always so efficient and quick to deal with our queries. Our experience at Leaders has always been so easy, and I always feel we are being looked after. Thank you so much for all your help as always. Brilliant team!

100% satisfied with Leaders . They have been efficient in dealing with issues that have arisen and very prompt and open in their communication at all times . A special mention must go to Linzi who brings the personal touch to the business. Thank you all - you are a strong team .

It's been a couple of years since I last posted a review for Leaders in Bourne. I felt it would be unfair of me to delay any longer in expressing my complete satisfaction at the way they handle my portfolio of houses. Beth in particular is very attentative and is on top of any up any coming maintenance procedures well before hand, gas / electrical checks etc, and she always has a pleasant and positive positive attitude when I speak to her. I can't recommend Beth, and Leaders highly enough.

I hesitate to write this review as having previously received at least an acceptable service from what was Rosedales, I cannot believe how poor the service has become under Leaders.
As a landlord, Leaders/Rosedales found my new tenant in November 2023. I recently received an email from their Derby office informing me that the Tenancy bAgreement would be ending on 1 November 2024 and that if I wished, I could increase the monthly rental for which they quoted an amount within inflation. So far so good.
They suggested I would need a new tenancy agreement at a cost of £230 plus VAT. This is where things turn bad. I am happy with my tenant and she would like to remain in my apartment for at least another year. She also has a partner who would like to move in. She will remain the Tenant and the partner will be an authorised occupant. I wished to have an addendum to the lease agreement drawn up to reflect this for which I was willing to pay.
I contacted the Derby office and spoke to Abi who was very helpful but said this was something that could be dealt with by the Bourne office. I spoke to Linzi at the Bourne office. I was told that no that was wrong, these things are dealt with by the Derby office. I asked her politely if she could contact the Derby office as I had been given conflicting information and get back to me with a way forward. I have still not heard from her after one week and despite phoning the Bourne office again and being told she is not available.
I then tried the Derby office again only to be told this was not something they could do. A member of their management team is now ‘looking into this for me’.
I am still waiting for a call/email…..anything.

Despite what it might seem, I do not have enough hours in my day to be given this kind of runaround. Each time I have required a new tenant in my apartment I have given Rosedales/Leaders my business. I am left with a bad taste and have to say that I will be extremely hesitant to use them again given this outrageous customer service that seems to be acceptable to Leaders. A polite phone call would suffice at least to let me know that they had not forgotten about me. Instead I am being shifted from pillar to post with no satisfactory outcome. Come on Leaders, get your act together and let’s have some real leadership!

Me and my family have just moved into our first official family home, and the whole experience from start to finish with Leaders Bourne was amazing.
Both Matthew & Sophie in the Bourne branch, who were our main contacts, were so friendly and helpful during the whole process and moving experience! Naturally I’m quite an anxious person, but I didn’t stress out once and felt at ease the whole time. Thank you for making this experience so easy and happy for us - we really appreciate all the work you do.

Worst Lettings Agency. NOT Trustworthy
I am forced to write this detailed account of my horrible experience of Leaders Letting Agency, particularly the property management team at Bourne Office. I have been waiting for the return of my deposit. I had completed all the formalities relating to the check-out from the property and completed all online documentation work and also accepted the deductions. Despite this my deposit amount is now being held and when I call up the office in Bourne, they are blatantly lying that they have initiated the refund. I confirmed this with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) who clearly gave me reference number and said they have not received any instructions for the return of the deposit amount. Such is the deceitful methods of working of people at Leaders. I urge people not to trust them specially when it comes to the return of Deposit money

Just wanted to big up Matthew at leaders, for being informative and very knowledgeable,with my query and concern.....he explained everything very clearly, and certainly helped with my anxiety, he's a credit to the agency! 👊

From a landlords point of view - totally awful. Lack of addressing maintenance issues, poor referencing, late s21 issuing and erroneous DPS appeal. It’s agents like Leaders that drive owners like myself out of the private rental market. Do not use Leaders Bourne

Incredible service by a one of a kind young man by the name of Tom Chesworth. The perfect combination of warmth and professionalism, at no point did I ever feel like I was just a number. He went above and beyond to help us in our search for a property, and followed through in helping us secure one. If you're fortunate to have this brilliant young man respond to your query, count yourself extremely lucky.. Thank you Tom!

Very good letting agent! Lots of issues happened with potential tenents and Leaders kept going to find me tenents. As a landlord that is very important. Professional referencing was done all within a good time period. Reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough
