Wow this company are incredibly rude (if it is them calling ) cold calling, rude , can barely speak legible english & when you say you're not interested will argue with you, when you tell them to stop ringing. After i put 9hone down on them i got rewarded with a couple of silent calls ( they forgot to remove their number , theres not a lot of brain power going around there ) Gaslight you , saying its you who rang them .
They seriously need fined and banned . Absolute serious nuisance

Someone from Legal Assist cold called me today about my accident. Which I haven’t had. Apart from his barely intelligible foreign sounding accent I don’t need this sort of approach. I wasn’t rude, merely putting the phone down on him and his number is now cancelled. If I ever did have an accident I would no way use these people.

Just got a cold call from this firm. Don’t engage with them (unless you want to wind them up).

Cold called twice today, I answered second time, told me they were Legal Assist and a client had made a report of a car accident I was in, I just put phone down, I don't drive and have not been in any car never mind an accident. If Legal assist is a genuine company, I'd be wanting to get to the bottom of the scammers calls.

Cold-called me from number 0330 - 1740231, asking if I had, or had ever owned, a diesel vehicle. Even if it's a genuine company rather than a scammer, they shouldn't be cold-calling TPS-registered numbers. But a quick online search shows that they have been doing that multiple times. Number now blocked & reported to ICO.

Scam Company.
Cold called from 0114 489 4505 stating I'd been involved in a Road Traffic Accident-which I haven't.
I advised my number is on TPS and she hung up!
Its illegal to cold call clients for road traffic accidents & if they call again, I will be reporting them to the ICO.

Scammers. Got a call saying they’d had information from a 3rd party that I had an accident. I have had no accidents ever. He couldn’t say the name of the 3rd party company. Even my phone knew it was a scam, it said suspected scam next to the number.

Scammers - came through on a local number but both people I spoke to were from Liverpool area.
The number they called from flags with 'who called me' as being associated with other scams too, including Amazon scams.
Managed to get past my defences initially by pretending to be calling on behalf of insurance company to get feedback on a recent no fault accident - and this much is true, we had been victims of this.
Having got my 'feedback' on how that process had gone, I was suddenly being encouraged to make a compensation claim and passed to person number 2. Details they had for us were woefully out of date which made me incredibly suspicious of it being anything to do with the genuine claim we'd had. Very quickly realised it was not what it purported to be and put the phone down.

I reported an accident to who I believed was my insurance company, 1st central but it was in fact 'lst central' to con people into using them. When I realised this I instantly requested all my details be removed. Within seconds of terminating the call legal assist rang and I asked them to remove my details instantly, upon asking for this to be confirmed and advising I will liaise with the third party to make sure he is not the man asked do i want him to repeat that he's done this for the 20th time in English! He then proceeded to be very rude as he obviously wasn't getting any business from mine and my families misfortune.

Cold called about an accident I had. It brought up horrific memories for me. The insurance claim was settled a long time ago to my satisfaction. The detail they has on me was shocking. They then tried to pass me to Thompsons Solicitors which I now class this company in the same category.

Absolute horrible company. Somehow they got information about a crash I was involved in, and told me to FRAUDULENTLY claim there were 4 other passengers with me! Absolute disgrace of a company.

Keep cold calling me using different numbers, as i block one they use another, painful company

Terrible customer service. Phone not answered on most occasions. When they do answer nobody is available to provide any information. You have to wait for a call back which hasn’t happened on 2 occasions. Don’t use this company for a will service

Scumbags. Have the brass neck to cold call you and when you call them out on it, they're actually cheeky with you. Infuriating!

Call me daily despite being told I'm on the TPS. Now that just call and heavy breathe down the phone.

Scam cold calls - just report to the government, block number and don’t give any details

FIRST CLASS SCAMMERS!!

Rang to tell me my compensation was waiting from my accident last year. When I joked and said what about my accident last month they wanted details to get different compensation. Jokes on them as I haven’t had any accidents and think they are a total disgrace!

Do not give personal details to this company as a scam keeping phoning to say I've been in an accident and continue to block number only for them to call on a different number

These are nothing more than a bunch of scammers, please be very aware and give them no personal information. Called pretending to be from an insurance company, lied and when they thought I had ended the call, said 'f*** off' Reporting them to fraud team and trading standards
