Not only is the service complete garbage, their customer service is as well but Im guessing thats by design. I bought a server, realized in an hour how bad this service was. Looked up their email for a refund and was told they would have to bring it to their higher ups. I said ok then a couple days later got an email stating I hadnt written them back and my ticket was closed. Opened another only to get an email 2 days later saying it was closed again. Skip the amature garbage and look for different servers from the start.

I got an exiled scpsl server for my 10g 7 bucks a months. It runs great and can run 32 people heavily modded without more than 100 ms of ping for anyone in normal circumstances. I highly recommend.

I bought a 5GB Project Zomboid Build 42 server, but it crashed immediately (Exit Code 137) before any mods were added. Support admitted that B42 requires 10GB to start, so I was forced to pay for an upgrade. Even with 10GB, the server remained unstable. When I realized the service was not as described and requested a refund, they blamed "mod errors" despite the core issues being infrastructure and their misleading RAM requirements.

When I insisted on my refund, the representative (Preston) threatened to file a "police report for fraud" against me for simply initiating a bank chargeback. This is a predatory business practice. They sell underpowered servers, force you to upgrade, and then threaten you when you ask for your money back.

Avoid Legion Hosting at all costs. I have reported them to my bank (Garanti BBVA) with all the logs.
