I placed an order for a Leyadoll and Doll Carrier Backpack on 1/23/2025 for my granddaughters 1st birthday.. I waited the 4 weeks they said it might take and make a request on 2/25/2025 to get an update on where it was location. The website said that the International flight has arrived on 2/6/2025.. I sent multiple email to customer server and always get a generic reply to check the shipping information. After I told them to cancel my order or reship, they reshipped a duplicate order on 03/31/2025. It arrived and cleared Customs at Atlanta on 4/7/2025. It says it was delivered to the local carrier on 4/9/2025. It shows it depaarted the shipping partners facility on 4/11/2025 where it has stayed for 16 days with no movement. Sent another email to customer service and this is their reply "If you do not receive any updates within the next 10 days, please allow a few more days for your package to arrive at the next station, and we will do our best to keep you informed of any updates as soon as we receive them"
This is poor customer service to me and I am sorry that even order these.

Item was delivered and I checked immediately for it and it was not there. I paid $45 for nothing. Company is unwilling to do anything about it except have me check the tracking on it.

I have ordered from Leyadoll numerous times and have had no issues. However this time I placed my order and all went well until it cleared customs in the US. At which point- my package stayed dormant for weeks. USPS said i was to contact LEYADOLL to research the third party carrier that was to deliver it to USPS. Every time I try to reach LEYADOLL customer service/ help desk- all I receive is an automated/generic response- no one ever researches my missing package. No one offers any help. At this point i have requested a full refund. These dolls are cute- but this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They could care less about their customers. This is to benefit children with cleft pallets. This company should be utterly ashamed of how they treat their customers- especially repeat customers!
**Order number is 431919. Order placed 3/3/2025. Please let me know your findings of your investigation** thank you.. today is 4/1. I updated my review and added my order number as they requested several days ago..but still nothing from them. As you can see there was not contact information provided below! Poor customer service!!! I want a full refund now!!! The tracking number isn't even available anymore. It has been removed from the USPS site

They are amazing quality, and even personalised making them so much more special.

I am often not impressed by things I buy online but this doll was so pretty. I have checked the doll out, nothing is loose, it looks exactly as advertised. If I have a small complaint the little pinny could have been made out of heavier material a little flimsy. So a 4.8/5, really cute.

I purchased a soft book for my baby on a whim after seeing an instagram ad. The book is so lovely!!! It’s very well-made and beautifully personalized, and all the interactive details so well thought out. I know my baby will continue to enjoy this soft book as she grows into a toddler and a kid. Just love it!

I really like the doll a lot! They were fast to communicate after the purchase, but it was very frustrating to wait as long as I had to wait. If i had known ahead of time this was coming from China I would not have purchased because of how long it takes for things to arrive from there. However, because of the product and communication I gave them 4 stars.

I bought the Cherry doll for our granddaughter. I can't wait to give it to her for her birthday! This doll is well-made and I appreciate that it's safe for babies. She's so cute with her little pigtails! Shipping was a bit of a wait, but it was packaged well.

I placed my order on November 14, 2024 and up until now I still haven’t received it. I contacted them around the first week of December and asked for an update regarding my order. They said that it’s with Canada Post and since Canada Post has a strike issue going on, there’s going to be a delay with the delivery but it’s in their warehouse. I understood that and i’ve been patient. I contacted them again the next few days and asked if I’ll receive my order before Christmas as it’s supposed to be my christmas present for my nieces. I ordered 2 Personalized Sakura Dolls. They replied to me with the same response they gave me the first time “canada post strike issue”. I asked if there’s any chance they can be in contact with Canada Post and i’ll just pick it up at their warehouse. They didn’t answer this and said they’ll send a new one with a different courier. They did send a new one on December 11, and the tracking number says “Arrived at Sorting Center” on December 19. I contacted them on January 1st and asked if I will ever receive my order as it’s new years already! They replied with the same response they gave me “delay with the courier”. I said it doesn't matter anymore and I’d like to get a refund but they didn’t want to give me a refund. I’ve been understanding and patient since the very beginning but I think 2 months of waiting for an order is too much! Refunding my money is the least they can do for this situation. Don’t order from this shop unless you want to deal with this kind of problem!!

This beautiful little doll arrived on time and in perfect condition. It is for our new baby grandaughter. We are happy in the knowledge that it is safe for her to play with from a very early age. It will be lovely to add to her collection as she grows. Also lovely accessories to buy for her to enjoy.!

We purchased the ‘A berry special day’ book for Christmas and we love it!
I have three girls 0-6yrs and they all love playing with it, it’s handy to take it out to resturants etc as it keeps them busy when we’re waiting. It’s beautifully made and lots of different activities to do. They also do a free personalisation too.
Would recommend and look forward to ordering more items in the future!
