I ordered and received the beautiful Leyadoll and was extremely pleased when I received it. She's a beautiful little doll, perfect size and resembled my little granddaughter Alana who I bought it for. The doll is adorable and I definitely recommend it for your little ones.

Terrible quality

I received a doll of really bad quality. Thin fabric and threads, and poorly executed seems. No product to give to a child that doesnt know how to play carefully with it. So I emailed Customer Service who, after seeing pictures I sent to them, told me they were willing to send me a substitute doll to make it up to me. We agreed about it, but now two months later I have still not gotten any new doll delivered and they are not replying to my emails anymore.

Can NOT recommend the company nor their dolls unless you intend to have them simply sitting on a shelf.

I ordered the Leya doll a few weeks ago…

I ordered the Leya doll a few weeks ago & was concerned when it hadn’t arrived. I contacted company & immediately they wrote back , giving me tracking & eta. Unfortunately, sweet little doll got delivered at 10 pm, so I was in bed. Hubby for tunnel’s picked up activity on our camera & rescued her. She is a delight & can’t wait to see my grandchild’s face this weekend when I gift it with her own little stroller. Thank you, I think the activity one is a great idea with buckles, buttons etc too.

The experience was great because I was able to find a little tanned black haired pigtail baby for my Great Granddaughter. Just like her PERFECT. And to top it off she loves it and is talking to it at 5 months. Thank you. Now looking for another baby for her.

Avoid!!!

Scam!!! It’s been weeks since my order I haven’t received it. Rude customer service who will take no accountability and will not give a refund despite several ignored emails. Have contacted the authorities who are now formally investigating into the matter as I choose not to lose my sanity over mindless unempathetic companies.

Poor Customer Service

The first doll we received which I bought for my granddaughters 1st birthday was faulty in that the name peeled off. I ordered the playset to match the doll.

We wrote to leyadoll who agreed to provide a personalised replacement doll which we were more than happy with. However, we didn’t hear from them for weeks so contacted them again to be told the doll was out of stock but they would be ‘willing’ to provide another doll of the same value. As advised before we bought the playset to match the original doll so it wasn’t ideal having a none matching doll. Still we appreciated it being replaced.

Firstly, we had to chase several times to see where the replacement doll was, secondly the emails we received we rude and unprofessional, thirdly, when the email finally came to confirm the name etc they had put the name Strawberry, not my granddaughters name, and finally delivered to the billing address and not the delivery address. It felt to me that we were being penalised for asking for a replacement of the faulty item!

We will not purchase from this company again and would suggest to leyadoll, that you invest in training your customer service team

The doll is beautiful, and a great cause, to know the proceeds will help children is a great feeling. The only let down was the shipping took a long time to receive.

Order Not Received

I placed an order for a Leyadoll and Doll Carrier Backpack on 1/23/2025 for my granddaughters 1st birthday.. I waited the 4 weeks they said it might take and make a request on 2/25/2025 to get an update on where it was location. The website said that the International flight has arrived on 2/6/2025.. I sent multiple email to customer server and always get a generic reply to check the shipping information. After I told them to cancel my order or reship, they reshipped a duplicate order on 03/31/2025. It arrived and cleared Customs at Atlanta on 4/7/2025. It says it was delivered to the local carrier on 4/9/2025. It shows it depaarted the shipping partners facility on 4/11/2025 where it has stayed for 16 days with no movement. Sent another email to customer service and this is their reply "If you do not receive any updates within the next 10 days, please allow a few more days for your package to arrive at the next station, and we will do our best to keep you informed of any updates as soon as we receive them"
This is poor customer service to me and I am sorry that even order these.

Sometimes, even though tracking shows no new updates, packages are still in transit between facilities and just haven’t been scanned properly — that’s why we suggest allowing an extra 10 days.
