Extremely disappointing, false advertising, products look nothing like what was advertised ie the Kraken decanter. When I complained they offered a 20% refund or return it but although they are in the USA the stock is in China and it costs you just as much as the product to send back.

Boy I wish I had read reviews as I normally do before making my purchase. I hate when companies say they are here in the US and if accurate by some of these reviews products are shipped from China. Regulations about this need improvement. COMPANIES SHOULD BE MANDATED IF THEIR PRODUCT IS SHIPPED FROM CHINA!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEIR QUALITY IS CHEAP AND THEY OFFER A FULL REFUND BUT WHEN IT COMES DOWN THE SHIPPING COST TO RETURN IS NOT WORTH IT. THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR, they are cheap and nasty.

After my husband passed I wanted to get something to remember him by so I bought the Marriage Cross table accent for our 40th wedding anniversary. I really resonated with the message and overall symbol of the item. I also purchase 1 for each of my daughter’s for their homes!!

⭐ Very disappointed — product did not match the advertisement

I purchased the Kraken vase from Lily & Eden Co. based on the product photos shown on their website. Unfortunately, what I received was significantly different from what was advertised.

The shape, detailing and overall appearance of the vase I received did not resemble the product shown in the advertised images. I have photographs of both the advertised product and the item I received, and the difference is extremely disappointing.

I contacted Lily & Eden Co. to raise my concerns and provided photographs, hoping they would acknowledge the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. Instead, I was offered a partial refund if I kept the item.

For me, this isn’t about simply not liking a product. It’s about receiving an item that does not accurately represent what was advertised.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this company carefully compare customer reviews and product images before ordering. My experience has left me very disappointed and I would not purchase from Lily & Eden Co. again.

Much to mu surprise, this home decor item absolutely surpassed my expectations.

The item looks nothing like the ad. Extreme disappointment. The Kraken decanter ad shows 8 tentacles. The one delivered has 5. What a croc!!
Dont buy Lily

I ordered a product as per a photo and the item arrived and looked nothing like the item ordered. I am having to pay for the postage return of the item to get a refund.

I bought a Charcuterie Cat board that ended up being the size of a hand and molded from cheap plastic. It could not have been more than 50 cents' worth of material. The picture made it look like it was carved from wood and at least 4x the size I received. I honestly thought it was a joke. It cost about $40, and of course that much to return it. Another Chinese company posing as an American company with outrageous return costs. Enough is enough. There needs to be stringent consumer protection for this type of scamming. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered two octopus decanters separately. They both arrived separately and were broke. I messaged the company with pictures and received a quick response saying they will replace them both. They communicated regularly until I received both items. They were both in perfect condition and beautiful.

DO NOT BUY the KrakenPour™ – Abyssal Decanter it is not what it looks like on the photos they provide, this place is a scam and does not deserve to have people buy on it

I purchased a dragon light. When it arrived the light didn't work. I spoke to Katrina at Lily and Eden. I explained that as I lived in New Zealand the cost of returning the dragon light to America was very expensive. Katrina asked me to send a video of the light not working which I did. Katrina then organized a replacement. I am very happy with the service from Lilyandeden. Thank you Katrina.

1) Item sent was not as described.
2) It didn’t work.
3) No responsibility was taken by supplier, at any stage, to agree item sent was incorrect.
4) No apology.
5) Was instructed to send back to address in China – which costed us $20 for an appropriate envelope – and would have costed an additional $26 if we had proceeded to post with tracking. We suggested a better alternative would be to return non-working item to address in Sunshine. Still waiting for a response.
6) Warning was given that daily posts with negative reviews would follow if matter was not finalized with full amount paid for item returned to our bank account.
7) It now seems email correspondence has ceased, though we may get further instruction on how this matter can be resolved to our satisfaction. Highly unlikely I would imagine.

Rating should be 0. I purchased a “chunky throw”. It was shown as a blush pink, what I received was pepto bismol pink. They would accept a return but the shipping I would have to pay was $100, more than I paid for the throw. Their items all come from China and you have to ship them back to China. So misleading because they show a local warehouse. This is the one time I didn’t check reviews!!!!

my order arrived today and what a Cracker of a Kraken.
Loved it and I am sure our two sons-in-law,s will feel the same way.
I belief you would have to go a long way to try and beat this team. From first contact they came across as a business that is run like a clock and to be fair, a business that us Aussies should support.
