Had to ring them 17 different times over 2 days about my pay. They constantly said I'll get a call back which didn't happen. Ended up getting another pay company to do my hours

To take a company margin off one days pay that's same as the agencies taking top rates and paying poor ones too many people dipping into a man's pay, same all over the country too many middle men, what happened to the day when a man earned a week wages with one company then got paid by them

Too pricey. £25 for one shift is both disproportionate and above average for most others for a weeks work!

Seeking urgent assistance re Unpaid Wages – Total Radio Silence & Portal Lockout
Update: I was texted at 5.10pm on 10.07.26 to say my wages would be in my account within the hour which it was.
I was due to be paid yesterday (09.07.26). My recruitment agency confirmed today that they had transferred my funds to Liquid Friday so Liquid Friday is currently holding my money. I have been calling and emailing since 9:00 AM. The phone lines just ring out for 7 minutes before forcing you to voicemail. WhatsApp messages are being completely ignored, and now the mobile app is saying my password is not recognised, locking me out of my account entirely. This is completely unacceptable. Holding a contractor's wages over the weekend with zero communication is a breach of trust. I have copied my agency director into my formal complaint and will be escalating this directly to the FCSA and the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EASI) if this is not resolved before 5:00 PM today.
Fix your system and pay me!!

Not easily accessible
Receiving information about my wage before it goes into my bank is brilliant because it allows me to make better financial plans.
