I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience with Little Once. The agency provided two nannies, both of whom raised serious concerns that no parent should ever have to face.

The first nanny’s conduct at home led me to question her trustworthiness, and I had no choice but to end the arrangement. What followed was even more alarming: the second nanny displayed behavior toward my children that I found both verbally and physically inappropriate. This was not only unacceptable—it was deeply distressing.

What shocks me most is the apparent lack of proper vetting and judgment in selecting individuals for such a critical role. These are people entrusted with the care of children, and the agency’s decisions put my family at risk.

I would strongly urge other parents to exercise extreme caution before engaging with Little Once. My experience has left me shaken, and I hope no other family has to go through what we did.

I attended a paediatric first aid training and Gary Currier the Trainer was excellent!
The training was very thorough anf easy to undetstand .
I thoroughly recommend Gary as a Trainer!

I enjoyed the course very much, and I feel much more comfortable in dealing with First Aid matters, should they arise. There are so many things that we think we know but, truly, some of them are just incorrect assumptions and the majority of us would not know what to do when these unfortunate circumstances really happen. Gary is great, experienced and very professional. However, I would improve the location of the course: too noisy and very small.

The agencies team, Laurane was professionally responsible and supportive throughout the entire process. She took time to understand my preferences and matched me with a family to fit my needs. She was helpful in preparing me for interview’s with help and guidance in the nanny industry. She also facilitated communication with a family and insured a smooth placement process. I met Lukasz and he is very helpful and very respectful and he was the one who guided me and really helped me in order to find a better employer and suitable employer for me. Lukasz is consistent and very professional and he is really nice and he has done a good job. Thanks to Lukasz for helping me a lot and for guiding me with the interviews and he's the best.

The agent working with me Anthony Green is so unresponsive and inadequate at communicating. I have made it clear from the start that I am looking for a full time role, we did apply for some positions suitable for me but there are no responses for weeks. I had to remind him all the time that I am still waiting for any update or any job offers and it's just an endless, 'sorry no update' or 'I'll have to catch up to that'. Then as I keep on pushing him to find any position he keeps on showing me part time positions totalling only 10 hours per week! I keep on saying that I need a full time role because who can live off of part time? He keeps on saying 'it won't hurt to apply'. I just agreed and said that if I take on a part time role, then I need at least 2-3 at the same time to make up the full time hours I need. He finally got me into an interview and sent me a confirmation. When I went to this client's home, the client didn't even seem to know that there was a scheduled interview that day. How is that possible? I contacted Anthony and didn't get a response until at least a week, saying that he was on holiday. Until now he still hadn't given me anything useful. Not only that, whenever I search online on Indeed, there are loads of job position from Little Ones those are suitable for me and is only around my area, despite Anthony saying 'there's not much jobs around'. What a waste of time.

My experience was very good. The way the classes were taught, both theoretical and practical, was truly meaningful to me! Especially the excellent professors who teach with complete naturalness and charisma, which makes learning easier! For that, I thank them!

If I could give a zero rating I would.
I was told I would be on a weekly whatsapp/mail shot of new and current jobs but nothing was/is being sent through. The consultant Laurane is very very unresponsive which is so unprofessional. It's annoying that I'm going to have to start the registration process with another agency and that people will have to take time out of their busy day to give references again.

We went through the process of finding a housekeeper twice and both times were paired with an incompetent and difficult housekeeper who would not take direction, would not follow the guidelines of the contract, demanded payment weekly and wouldn’t pay taxes and or made us pay travel expenses on top of an already agreed high salary. The agency would not help or train the housekeepers and left it up to us. Both times. I don’t recommend for housekeeping. They get a huge cut and are not available to help solve the issue but call you every day when they are trying to get your business.

We had an extremely distressing and deeply disappointing experience with this agency. We approached them to find a temporary nanny for a 3-week period over Christmas to help care for our three children. From the outset, the agency informed us that it might be difficult to find suitable candidates, and ultimately we were presented with just one option.

Following the interview, the nanny seemed experienced and came with what we were told were excellent references. Silvia, our point of contact at the agency, provided the nanny’s contact details after we paid the full agency fee.

Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most traumatic experiences I have ever endured. From the very beginning, the nanny displayed unprofessional and inappropriate behavior questioning my parenting choices, criticizing the very fact that I had hired a nanny, and making unsettling, racially charged remarks. I have video evidence of some of this behaviour.

When I raised these serious concerns with the agency, I was told that someone from a similar background at the agency had reviewed the comments and determined they were not racist a shocking and dismissive response. The agency refused to take any responsibility, claiming they had completed proper due diligence and reference checks, which I now seriously doubt.

Things only escalated. The nanny was found drunk in my home on more than one occasion, sent me abusive and intoxicated messages, and even demanded more money than was originally agreed. Regrettably, I complied at the time, hoping things would improve. Eventually, we had no choice but to ask her to leave after another disturbing incident again, with photographic and video evidence provided to the agency.

To this day, I feel completely violated and let down. The trauma of allowing someone so unsuitable into my home, around my children, is something that continues to affect me. The nanny manipulated, gaslit, and took advantage of my kindness and inexperience with such situations. It wasn’t until a friend visited and noticed the signs of her being under the influence that I realized what was really going on.

We’ve had a long-standing, positive relationship with our weekend nanny, and have worked with other reputable local agencies for years without issue. This experience, however, has left me shaken and deeply regretful for ever placing my trust in this agency.

To make matters worse, after her dismissal, the nanny continued to harass me via WhatsApp with abusive messages. I’ve since blocked her, but the fact that she was ever recommended by a professional agency is deeply concerning.

This review is written not out of anger, but out of a sincere desire to prevent this from happening to another family. The agency failed completely in safeguarding, vetting, and responding to what was an incredibly serious and harmful situation. I would strongly caution others against using their services.

The instructor was really good, he made sure we knew what we were doing and practiced until we could do the First Aid. However, they did not cover all the topics they promised they would, and when I enquired afterwards, I had no reply. This led me to decide not to go back to them again.
