I ended up having to rush out during the delivery time slot and so panther ended up taking the sofa back. I managed to call steven who immediately relayed the info to panther, and they managed to deliver on their way back past my house which was such a relief as I had taken the day off. Excellent prompt service, or else I would have had to take another day off. thanks steven

Ordering sofa was nice and easy, and post purchase I got nice updates on the order tracker which was really helpful.

Do not trust - ordered Sofa in May, it had not arrived within the implied time of 8-12 weeks, and was then guided towards 16 weeks+. Decided to cancel. Told would only be refunded 75% of the amount but 26 days on have still received no refund at all. I have chased multiple times and being told it is being looked into but reading other (non planted) reviews carefully I increasingly think this could be a scam. Several references to Trading Standards. Please be very careful.

Amazing smiling, helpful customer service from the moment we entered the website. Being able to try out the different fabrics and colours with our actual paint colours was a bonus! Oh and the tea bags were a very nice touch too! Fantastic help and support, helping us to try out different colours of Velvet meant we felt confident to order our sofa within a day of receiving the samples. We have NEVER had such a brilliant, relaxed and positive experience of buying furniture before and we will be recommending livelusso to all our friends and family! Thank you so much.

The delivery people took away all packaging and set up the sofa for us, and it was great that we could track the driver throughout the day. Just a truly amazing experience from start to finish.

This company is terrible. I ordered a sofa on 27 December which was supposed to be Black and 2600mm in width. I was told it would take 3/4 months. The sofa arrived on 3 June. It was a Light Grey and measured 2300mm. After constant back and forth (it took days to initially have a conversation with them) I was given a few options, and I opted to allow them to remake the sofa because it was one I liked and after being offered a discount, I purchased a second sofa.

The new sofa was scheduled to arrive on 03 September. The new sofa arrived, and was not assembled after the delivery company refused to collect the grey sofa due to LiveLusso not notifying them. It took a further 3 visits from the delivery company across more than one week to get this resolved. It only got resolved because on the day of the final visit, I called the delivery company to confirm what they would be doing and only then was the actual disassembly, collection and assembly confirmed.

The Black sofa was assembled, and it measures 2300mm- still the incorrect size. I have asked to speak to management and I barely get a response, despite chasing/ messaging asking for updates. I have today been misinformed and told that the prices and designs were changed and the website was updated, yet the sofa is still the same price as I paid, and the dimensions are still listed at 2600mm. I know this was the size advertised because I measured the sofa out several times before purchasing.

Nothing is getting resolved. It is impossible to speak to anyone who is actually able to action any form of resolution. Why after more than 9 months do I not have the correct sofa? Why does it take a total of 4 visits from a delivery company to disassemble and assemble a single sofa? I would not recommend this company to anyone. I chose the sofa because of the design and the appearance, the service is terrible and there is no end of issues. I will update this when I receive the second sofa/ an update.

*UPDATE* they lost the second sofa. No excuse given- after months, the delivery company cannot find the item...

We didnt mind the lead time, as long as when it came it was worth it. And boy was it worth it. Sofa is really solid, the velvet is really plush, and the colour really does POP! Overall really happy with everything and will be back for a few more pcs

The stain resistant fabrics have saved our sofa multiple times over the last few months. The dog sure does love bringing in a bit of mess with him now and again, but a simply wipe and the dirt comes right off. Really pleased

Comfiest sofa I have ever purchased. We received our sofa and are super happy with it. The delivery company was also excellent, very polite, professional and ready to get your new sofa nicely set up. All rubbish was taken away and the sofa was placed in the room of our choice. Cant complain really!

Wasted of time
SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. Do not believe on the 4 months waiting mentioned on their website, at least 5-6 months you gonna wait, also no customer service to speak out, just by email if you lucky they will answer after one week. Also you have to be lucky with the delivery, they might send to you just half of the sofa and in a wrong colour and ruin your excitement. Then, they will give you a discount and will try to let you keep the wrong one, in a wrong colour and who knows? Maybe just half sofa!! Thanks you for letting me wasted so much time and energy!
