Completely dishonest company

Completely dishonest company. Never answer a direct question just long wordy emails that don’t actually tell you anything. Constantly lie to put you off when you mention a refund. Sofa is now months late. Delivery was confirmed up until the night before then on the day I was informed it’s still not even in the country!! Sofa is now MONTHS late!!!!!!
Update- I was offered a refund but surprise, surprise I never got it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Oven and hob never received

Ordered a hob and oven in June still not received it when I contacted them it was out of stock so cancelled order and said refund 3/5 days still waiting, kiddo support help no good as they work from home and can’t put you in touch with anyone, Lloyds fraud team looked into company and it’s a scam , so lost everything DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

Ordered a 4 seater

Delivery guys were amazing, seeing them lift the heavy 4 seater up the corridor of our flat did make me feel bad, but a cup of tea soon put them at ease! Sofa looks amazing! Build quality is just as good if not better than whats on the high street.

Horrible customer service and no accountability

Horrible customer service and no accountability. 17-weeks since I placed my order and they still cannot provide an estimated delivery date. The product itself may be great but I am not sure if I will ever see it to find out. Save your money and time and buy your furniture elsewhere.

Good product, horrible service

Very good quality product, but the service is just so disappointing. There is literally nobody to speak to on the phone, and email response rate is very, very, very slow. For what we paid, I would have expected much more frankly. They said it would have taken 12 weeks at the most, but it took more than 17 to get the sofa delivered and nobody has taken responsibility for this delay.

Do not order from here!

Do not order from here! I ordered a sofa back in April with an 8-12 weeks delivery estimate. Several months later and it’s still not been delivered. Their communication is terrible, it takes days/weeks to get a reply on email or WhatsApp. I’ve also had contradictory messages from them on the same day - on WhatsApp I was told it had arrived in the UK and was undergoing final checks, a few hours later by email was told it had been diverted around Africa and wasn’t due in the UK until October! I’m honestly wondering if they are a legitimate company or if I’ve been scammed

Top tier from start to finish

Our house exchange date changed multiple times due to the other party and so we had to hold off our delivery twice. This was very easy to do, and LIVELUSSO were very understanding and so were panther the delivery guys. On the delivery date, we were given a live location tracker, and an eta time slot. Drivers arrived on time, wore gloves, and shoe covers, and were very professional. They assembled the sofa in minutes, took away the packaging and were very pleasant to deal with. 5* service!

Last time I order from Livelusso

Last time I order anything from Livelusso or recommend it to anyone. After waiting for almost 6 months for my 1st order, i received the sofa and was happy with it, so i made a 2nd order for a 1 seater. I was a bit reluctant since the waiting time and experience with the 1st order was not great but Sarah was very helpful on the phone and explained the various reasons contributing to the initial delivery mess. In several conversations over the phone they also assured me it was absolutely no problem to hold on with the delivery if i was travelling by the time it would arrive. They never said i would need to pay extra. I travel a lot for work and they have a production and delivery service that can take anything between 3 and 6 months. When the 3 months were approaching, 12 weeks since it was ordered, I contacted them again to ask for an update and explain that exactly 1 week after the 3 months waiting time I had an upcoming trip. Again they said "we will let you know when sofa reaches the country and the waerehouse, and no problem, we can delay the delivery until you let us know". Now its fully unclear if the sofa is already with the delivery company...or not, and the responses from Livelusso per email are extremely chaotic. Initially they said the delivery could be delayed until i informed them, then that it couldnt be delayed more than a couple of days, then that they would look for a solution, then that i have to pay extra and now I am not even sure who is answering the emails and whether they are automated ones or from a bot.
I am sad to say that they are being unhelpful, with awful communication and its becoming an extremely stressful process to deal with. Never again.

Do not buy anything from this website. After 4 months, I am still chasing a refund from them. They do not respond to you. They also misguide you on the website by saying a free refund. If you ever do get a refund they charge you 25% off the original cost for the privilege

A long journey

Previous reviews removed.
Months of issues with my delivery which eventually came 8 months later.
Communication is extremely difficult sometimes, having to really nag to get responses.
Delivery of my sofas was traumatic and even after that long wait, one of the four items was incorrect. Still waiting for a solution to all of the issues.
Sofas are lovely but the whole experience and lack of communication has been horrendous sadly.
Waiting now for a response regarding compensation.

After reply from the company, just to clarify the discount was not on an item that I wanted, it was for an item that they sent incorrectly told me to keep and said it’s been discounted. Still, it’s an unwanted item and not what was ordered due to a mistake on their behalf. Therefore discount is negligible as I was still out of an item, which was not matching the rest of the items, not what I wanted. Initially they told me me they won’t replace the item, just to keep it and they will give 100.00 compensation (no 100.00 was received?).

The communication with the company is because I had to constantly nag, I was not informed of the process as they have mentioned. Even after the internal structure change at the company, I had to re explain all my issues as it seems communication was lacking between team members. And even now, instead of sorting this via email with me, they reply to a review? A clear example of the communication issues. Seems like they care more about brand reputation than customer satisfaction.

So… 8 months wait, lost items amongst the warehouse, failure to deliver my items with the correct amount of delivery men (which panther say is due to incorrect instructions from live lusso) meaning I had to carry my own items into the house!!, then a complete unmatched and poor quality foot stool sent, which was not what I ordered, continuous communication issues despite my patience… and simply a 10% refund and left with an ottoman that I neither ordered nor wanted. Complete slap in the customers face!

Don’t fall for the fake 5 star reviews. It seems as if livelusso are paying for reviews as all the reviewers have only done one review which seems to be livelusso. Avoid this company at all costs and save yourself the headache that myself and all the other 1 star reviews have gone through. Knowing the reputation of livelusso, I would be surprised if they don’t remove this review exposing them as they have on multiple other reviews I have posted.

Do not like this company’s policy at…

Do not like this company’s policy at all ordered a chair and decided to cancel. They said if I cancel there taking a percentage off my money I do not think this is rite at all. They messaged and said it’s because I needed to cancel within 48 hours as it was being made this was not true as I got a message a week later telling me they have now started to make the chair so I was in time to cancel as it wasn’t even made

To say I am underwhelmed by the quality…

To say I am underwhelmed by the quality of the sofa I ordered, as well as the service I have experienced with Live Lusso, would be an understatement.

I paid for the sofa on Wed April 10 and I received it Wed Aug 7 which is 17 weeks in total. The timeline for this item was 8-12 weeks. When I emailed, looking for an ETA, I received a whole lot of excuses about shipping times, the Suez Canal, customs etc. If this is something they experience regularly, and from their email it sounds like they do, why don't they state on their website that delivery will take approx 17 weeks, sooner if possible, since this appears to be more realistic? Might the reason that they don't do this be because a wait time of 4 months will very likely put off potential customers? I know I would have looked elsewhere had I been told it would take 17 weeks from order to arrival.

Two days after placing my order, I requested a swatch - just to make sure, while there was still time, that the colour I'd selected was as it looked on my screen. I was told I would receive this in 3 days. When I still hadn't received it on April 27 (over 2 weeks later), I emailed again, finally receiving it on May 5, a total of 3 weeks and 2 days after my request!

The day of the sofas eventual arrival, one of the front legs was raised an inch off the floor. The delivery man tried switching the front legs around, but the leg remained raised. He had no clue what the issue was. He took photos of it and left promising to alert his office.

Live Lusso said: "It seems that the sofa frame may be slightly warped. Your sofa was manufactured in our Malaysian factory. Significant temperature fluctuations during production, shipping, or storage may affect the frame. Moving from a hot, humid environment to a cold one can cause the materials to contract or expand. This is not uncommon and does not mean the product is defective.
This issue can be easily resolved easily and we’d like to suggest a couple of steps that might help resolve this issue:
Applying Weight to the Sofa:
Sometimes, placing weight on the sofa, particularly in the area where the leg isn’t touching the floor, can help the frame settle into a more even position over time. You might consider sitting on the sofa or placing heavy objects on it for a period to see if this helps.
Using a Furniture Shim or Pad:
If the gap persists and is not too large, placing a furniture shim or felt pad under the leg can help stabilize the sofa over longer time. This is a quick and practical solution that can effectively level the sofa without altering its structure. Over time your sofa frame will return in its original shape".

This response, along with the light weight frame of the sofa, does not instill confidence in me that it is built to last longer than a year. It looks and feels cheap.

No one is more disappointed than me that (after 4 months!) it really wasn't worth the wait.

Since requesting, on 15 Aug, they collect the sofa and refund me, I haven't, as of 21 Aug, heard back from Henry or Emma. I have also left phone messages, and via their website (their chat facility doesn't work), but no one is getting back to me. I will continue until they do. Wouldn't recommend.

A quick update. After posting this review, I, coincidentally, heard back from them on Aug 21. They said: "When returning a non-faulty, unused item within the 30-day period, a restocking fee of £175 per item will be applied for a size of up to 3 seater..."
As the items was, in their own words "warped", this does not fall under "non-faulty". I am waiting for a response to my response!

When you received the sofa, you had the option to reject it at the point of delivery if you were dissatisfied. Our return policy clearly states that customers who keep their sofas but wish to return them within 30 days will incur a restocking fee. This fee covers the costs we incur for returning and processing non-faulty items.

We strive to maintain open communication and provide multiple channels for customer contact, including WhatsApp, email, and phone. We have remained in contact with you throughout this process, providing updates and responding to your inquiries.

Please note that our restocking fee applies only to non-faulty items returned within the specified period. As the sofa was not found to be defective upon our inspection, this policy remains in place.
