Staff on the phones are always very polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the delivery system has not been up to its usual standard recently for me. Waiting for a delivery that, unknown to me has either been cancelled, not been booked properly in the new system or has been reported as unsuccessful delivery when I’ve been at home all day waiting. I’m now on my third time trying to organise the delivery of my injections, I’m not confident in the new date being successful. It seems that the faults lie in the system which has now exacerbated old problems. Please sort this glitch out asap it’s real people with real health issues waiting on medication to control their condition.

Like pulling teeth trying to get assistance from Oraya on your email support system. You can reply immediately and won't get a response for 24 hours.. she ignores half your questions and doesn't even acknowledge you asked them.
I have 3 kesimpta injections that were deemed as having faults and unable to be used by my hospital. The hospital spoke to their pharmacist and arranged for Lloyds clinical to collect 3 injections and replace them. She said lloyds would get in touch. They never did. After not hearing from them for a week I emailed. Oraya said a collection is booked for Friday (no official notification yet) but despite asking repeatedly for replacements of what is classed as life saying medication.. these are not being replaced. She won't say they aren't.. but despite asking repeatedly if they are sending replacements upon collection I am basically ignored. She keeps saying there is a delivery scheduled for over a months time (this was a previously scheduled delivery option on the app) not a replacement of the injections that need replaced. There is a 2 week delivery window to allow you to book when suits. The fact she is refusing to replace my medication like the hospital authorised means I either need to book for the first available slot for my injection or have no medication in time for my injection. This now means I will be left with no injection ready in the fridge every 2 months going forward and if the weekend falls on the wrong dates will end up being forced to take my injections late. She keeps asking when my injection is due because she wants to wait until the last possible day to have a delivery booked despite having no injections. This is a stressful and unsustainable way of issuing life saving medication. I'm not asking Lloyds to issue a prescription.. the hospital issued one to lloyds to fulfill.. and Lloyds is failing to deliver. Really dire customer service. If this continues I will need to speak to my hospital consultant to see if they can switch provider as getting essential assistance from Lloyds Clinical is really dire and causing unnecessary additional stress and worry for vulnerable patients who they know that stress will exacerbate the serious medical conditions they are recieving this treatment for. This is not the first time their lack of assistance has caused tears of frustration at not being helped.
If you are given a choice of provider for your medication.. choose a different provider

Unfortunately, I was transferred from a highly reliable provider who had supplied my medication consistently for over three years, to Lloyds Clinical.
Since this change, the service has been extremely poor and deeply frustrating. Scheduled deliveries have been cancelled without notice, leaving me waiting for what were presented as confirmed and planned deliveries. Attempts to contact the service have also been unsatisfactory, with no return calls despite direct enquiries.
Additionally, nurse appointments appear to have been arranged without any prior consultation or communication with me as the patient, which is completely unacceptable.
I am now seriously concerned about how future deliveries will be managed. Given that this involves serious and potent medication, such failings are not only disappointing but potentially dangerous. This service requires urgent review and improvement.
As a patient, the last thing you need to worry about is your medication being delivered on time, as delays in administering your medicine can subsequently impact your health.
Avoid this provider for your own piece of mind.

Very pleasant and informative, the caller was named Judy and she explained all the finer details regarding delivery and home storage of the subcutaneous injections. I now feel happier having a separate firm dealing with delivery rather than my trusted local pharmacist. I’m aware that I can ring if I have any issues and I’m pleased to receive a sharps bin to dispose of used syringes.
