This company do not realise they are playing with people’s lives. I had a delivery booked for today and have heard nothing from the company and trying to get through to them by telephone is almost impossible unless you want to wait on the phone for hours. I really don’t understand how this company has a license to deliver peoples life saving medication because they have no care for their patients

Call handler Joe was very proficient, but I was on hold for 40+ minutes before I got through. I think that is not acceptable and would have been 5/5 if hold time was <3 minutes.

Once I got through to a rep I was really impressed . Gemma was attentive , concerned and reassured me that she would do everything she could to resolve my problem ( this was an issue with a prescription not being sent by the hospital ) and would follow up .
True to her word , she contacted me and resolved the issue and would expedite the delivery .

Fast becoming one of the worst companies I have to deal with in my life. 2 no shows on a delivery now. No medication for over a month and the queue to talk to someone on the phone is just insane. I work full time, I don't have time to be 17th in a queue because I'll be sitting there for over an hour! I've emailed and had no reply either.
Absolutely woeful.
