Had to wait in a queue today, which is unusual. Luckily the gentleman went through all the data info as I'd forgotten to inform them of changes. Always helpful & polite staff able to resolve any issues or queries I have. I love the fact the medication is delivered to my door (or 2nd address if needed) & I'm contacted to arrange delivery so I know I won't run out & it's 1 less thing for me to remember to organise.

The lady I spoke to on the phone, I can't for the life of me remember her name, helped me with my delivery, there was a mistake on my end but she was very helpful, very quickly and got it sorted without an issue. She was polite and professional and made sure I got the medication I needed in good time, and has reassured me that if any more problems arrive with my deliver due to not recieving a text I will phone back. Highly appreciate her help

Whilst staff are helpful, getting through to them in a reasonable time frame is impossible. As I write this review, I have been waiting in queue for 1 hour and 12 minutes! (I was finally answered after 2 hours 7 minutes!)
The app is useless. My foetnightly injections are delivered in a set of four, with the next delivery requiring scheduling when there are two injections left. Even based on me having one injection left, my next scheduled delivery on the app is still SIX to EIGHT WEEKS outside of that time. Customer service are very much aware of this issue, and advised "it would be rectified", but hasn't.
Last year, it did not take over an hour to get through to an advisor. Have LCH reduced their staff?
The only reason LCH has received two stars is how helpful the advisors are when you get through to them.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I had to wait for 1.5 hours for my call to be answered. The lovely assistant I spoke to told me that the previous caller had only waited 10 minutes, so it made me wonder how the system works 🤔 The assistant was very friendly and helpful and we've always had very good support. I hope the new App will help things flow more smoothly once it's up and running.
