Never went through this process before. Amount of contact and correspondence seemed like harrassment.

Garbage bait and switch operation with tons of fees.
Advertised 5.5% DSCR (with no asterisks like points)
Brought them a loan of $500K on a $1.2M+ property with a signed 5-year lease with monthly rent of $13K (established institutional group home, 1st year pre-paid, guaranteed with annual 3.5% increases) No debt, FICO of over 800, $3M in liquid assets.
They offered a loan with 1.25% points ($9K), $3,000 in fees (.6%) on top of that, and a rate of 6.25%
pretty sure this is false advertising and borders on predatory lending.
Never to business with these clowns unless you are desperate.

Jeremy was great

Enjoyed speaking to my rep Gisell but the rest of the staff I felt like they were there only to collect a check. It also seemed as if the right hand didn't know what the left hand needed. Miserable times but in the end , they came through

Shervin was a great loan officer that guided me correctly throughout the loan process. This was my first experience with loan guys and Shervin and would use them again. The property was not "conforming" and after Shervin did his due diligence he assured me it could be done. I appreciate his hard work and the processors and underwriters.

Loanguys helped me with a very difficult loan for a legal non-conforming property.
Shervin stuck it out with me jumping through more hoops than a circus performer.
Excellent job. Hopefully, the next one will not be so crazy.

From day one working with loan personnel was casual, informative, and assuring, no pressure.

Watch out for Bait & switch. Was quoted 5.875%, then 3 weeks AFTER my apprisial came back (higher than estimated) Jeremy the loan officer said oops he made a “honest” mistake and the rate is now 6.75%.

My LTV was 70%, my credit is great 740.

So 3 weeks after charging me over $700 for an appraisal and promising me in writing a 5.875% rate, the Loanguys come back with almost 1% more interest rate.

I should have read reviews first and followed the rule if it sounds too good to be true than it is.

These guys are true scam artists bait & swith masters.

Take your business somewhere else.

The loan process was smooth. Closed all 4 loans.

Good communication, very professional representatives, good competitive rates

Sara was very helpful and encouraging through my first experience. She was knowledgeable and informative

Roberto did a great job. We had a few unexpected hurdles but he stuck with it and got the loan done. His follow up was excellent. I'll be back for future loans.

Vaughn Cromwell was our "loanguy", he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We have done 2 loans with them without any issues. I would highly recommend them to my friends.
