We recently had the pleasure of working with Loan Guys, and I must say the entire experience from start to closing was outstanding. From the very first interaction, I was impressed by their professionalism and commitment to customer service.

The initial onboarding was thorough and informative. The entire Loan Guys team, one in particular was Emanuel who took the time to understand our financial situation and what we were looking to achieve with our refinance. He presented us an option of a DSCR loan since it was an investment property. Clear explaining the pros and cons of the loan, and helped us get the best rate for our needs.

Throughout the application process, communication was seamless. We was regularly updated on the status of our loan and any questions we had were promptly answered. The Loan Guys team was always available to provide guidance and support, making the entire process stress-free.

One aspect that particularly stood out was their efficiency. The documentation process was straightforward, and the team ensured that all paperwork was completed accurately and on time. They coordinated perfectly with all parties involved, ensuring a smooth progression towards closing.

When it came to the closing day, everything was handled with precision. The Loan Guys team had prepared all necessary documents, and the final steps were completed without any hitches. The entire process was transparent, and there were no last-minute surprises, which we greatly appreciated!

Loanguys are legit amazing! Shervin Modir hustled on my DSCR loan, with constant communication, calling and texting even with the smallest update. Always made me feel like I was at the front of the line. Very transparent about every step in the process and were able to close within 30 days. Their team from loan processor to insurance broker are quick and on top of things. Daniel Nouri knows his stuff and was so easygoing even through a bunch of hurdles. They will work the hardest for you. Also the loan product they offered me was superior than what several other lenders and brokers could offer. Hands down I plan to work with Loanguys again in the future and highly recommend them for investment loans. Thank you Shervin, Daniel and team!

I submitted an application for a refinance on my rental property on 4/18/24 and by 5/9/24 it has closed. I was able to take a substantial amount of cash out of my rental while also keeping my mortgage payment about the same. The entire loan process was quick & easy. Nothing but texts, calls, and emailing docs. I will be doing business with loan guys again. Probably a DSCR loan on my next rental.

Everything they told me was a LIE.
It took me 5 months to walk away with no loans after they said we could close in 21 days.
The thing is every Monday, someone will call me and tell me everything is ready to go, we are waiting for a close date and time. 2 months in, they started asking for stuff. We need a copy of your dl, then they asked for my ssn card, then they wanted them together. At that point all the paperwork we had had expired since it needs to be current. Eg water bill, city tax clearance, credit score good for 90 days. Then we had to start over again. Anyway do business with them at your own risk.

Nate made sure to keep me up to date on every aspect of my loan AND he was easily accessible. When I had any questions or concerns he always answered me and didn't beat around the bush. Nate and Loanguys worked with my situation and got me closed. I have another project in the works and I will be reaching out to them to get me financed. Great experience.

Don't get proper response, hard to get hold of them and don't get to know what's going on with your loan, don't get closing documents until day of closing

First time real estate investor here and I was so fortunate to have found Henry and his team Susan and Matthew who came through for me on DSCR loan last minute and got my loan funded and closed in 6 weeks (would have been 5 but closing date was on thanksgiving so it was delayed by a week)! The process so was much smoother than a previous lender I was under contract with who was giving me the run around and ultimately wasted my time and money. I will definitely use Henry on all my loans moving forward because he’s very upfront and honest and that’s hard to find. Definitely recommend!!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I have had with Mr. Henry, Mathew and Jack. I HIGHLY recommend them and would give more stars if possible. They helped me with 3 properties and working on the 4th. They make it easy and simple.
