My experience was nothing but seamless and amazing, Henry, Susan and Matthew were easy to work with and answered every question and to the best of their knowledge. They made the process smooth and free of any worries.

Henry, Susan and their entire team helped us get out of crazy situation. Henry was always available and kept me in the loop the entire time. I don’t think we would’ve been able to get into a mortgage if it wasn’t for them. We’ll definitely be using the loan guys again.

Many of the local banks are not lending for residential rental properties. The loan guys worked with me and never gave up. They were easy to work with and gave guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend using them in this economic climate. While other banks find ways to deny loans, they work to get you approved.

I have used Loan Guys for numerous deals and this one was by far the best experience. Henry and Patty went above and beyond to make sure I closed on time despite going through numerous hoops. It is always a great experience. I look forward to working with them again!

I worked with Morci on my home purchase. We experienced some unexpected roadblocks but Morci pushed through them all. I will continue to work with Morci in the future.

This process was effortless. The agent who helped with my loan was Vaughn and I loved how he knew my paperwork in and out. They funded my loan and we closed on the property 18 days after receiving the appraisal! I never knew that was even possible. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them.

To be honest, for me Henry and Heather at Loanguys are the best. This is the 2nd loan ( refinance rental property for my my Business) they helped me and there is a 3rd blanket loan they are working on it too. Henry and Heather were really patient with me and explained to me everything I need to know. If you can’t go through the traditional loan due to some reason such as : time, credit, etc, I recommend Loanguys and I recommend you work with Henry and Heather. I know these words are not enough everything you had been helping my business but again I want to thanks so much!

NATE was awesome 👏 If you need any assistance request him as your loan office; he was honest, responsive and worked diligently to get the deals closed expeditiously. I will be using Loan Guys again for sure in the future and they will be highly recommended to my influences.

The Loan Guys are Great! My Wife and I purchased an investment property a year ago and have been searching for a company to refinance with, without personal income documents. My Guys Jeff, Aaron and Matthew were able to get the job done! We had everything together on our and in terms of documents (Deed, Bank Statements, Taxes, Insurance, Etc.) Got the Credit check done on August 12th and Received our wired transfer on September 26th. Jeff answered dan near every call I made to him and I called A LOT!! He was super helpful and followed through on his word! Aaron also kept up with us and worked diligently to got our closing date locked in even though we had a few minor hiccups! We are so greatful for the Loan Guys! We will definitely use them on our next investment! *We are speaking on CASH OUT REFINANCE* We have yet to use any of there other products but definitely worth a shot All the way around!!
