There was a fee for the different drop off location…around 75 euros…but it was clear when I booked that we needed that!

Car was great , update location for the Milano linate airport .
Car was great, pick up and return went smoothly.
Only comment I have is - the directions to return the car at the airport were not correct, Google Maps directed us to the wrong place at the airport- make sure you search car rental return in Milano linate airport.

En la oficina de Florencia no me dijeron que me iban a cobrar un día más
El check,-in del coche no lo pude hacer on-line , daba problemas la página de Locauto, lo peor fue que al recoger el coche en la oficina de Locauto en Florencia me dieron la opción de cambiar la devolución del coche y devolverlo en el aeropuerto de Pisa con un coste extra de 73€ , les dije que si porque me pareció buena opción, me preguntaron a la hora les dejaría el coche en Pisa y les dije que a las 11:30 y me dieron el OK sin ningún coste más, me sorprendió mucho cuando me llamaron EL DÍA DE LA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL COCHE A LAS 9:30 diciendo que tenía que devolver el coche como muy tarde antes de las 10:30 porque sino tendría que pagar otro día más de alquiler , ésto me enfadó mucho porque no me lo dijeron en el check -in en la oficina de Florencia, me pensaba que en el coste extra de 73€ por devolverlo en el aeropuerto entraba entregarlo a las 11:30, PERO NO , me llaman en el ultimo momento para decirme que si no lo entrego antes de las 10:30 tendré que pagar un día más, desde donde estaba me era imposible llegar a esa hora, llegué a las 11:15 enfadado y estresado, antes de las 11:30 como había acordado, explique la situación en el aeropuerto de Pisa pero no podían hacer nada ya, y me cobraron otro día más con un coste de 60€ además de los 73€ por llevarlo al aeropuerto de Pisa, si me hubieran dicho en el check -in de la OFICINA DE FLORENCIA que tenía que devolver el coche a las 9:30 en Pisa porque sino pagaría un día más lo hubiera devuelto a las 9:30 , por eso estoy tan enfadado. Encima me dejé un monedero pequeño en la guantera, les he escrito a los de la oficina de Pisa pero no sé si lo recuperaré
