Bad delivery time
Ordered over £150 worth of items with 2-4 days shipping. Items still haven’t come and it’s been almost 6 days with no response from their customer service team. Needed this to arrive by tomorrow and the tracking says it hasn’t even been shipped yet although it says on the web sight all orders are shipped by the next day (or longer on a Sat). Really disappointed as clothes look beautiful but won’t be able to wear

Just to clarify, and as stated in our returns policy, we do ask customers to cover the cost of return postage. While we wish we could offer free returns, as a small independent business this simply isn’t something we can sustain at the moment—though it is something we’re working towards for the future.
