A men’s jacket arrived after 12 Weeks and numerous emails. Paid £89 for it
Ordered a Large size but a small size was delivered. It would fit a 10 year old

I would not recommend buying from this vendor due to their lack of customer service. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any response, which is disappointing and unprofessional. It's best to avoid such vendors who do not prioritize their customers' needs and concerns.

Absolute sham - ordered a supposedly cashmere jumper, it arrived but NOTHING like the picture - terrible quality - I honestly would not have paid a fiver for it —then to return I need to send to china - hahahahaha

Rip off company. Bought linen looking dress that is cotton and polyester (so much for being sustainable) for over £40. Could have got it in Primark for a tenner. Looks NOTHING like pics. Size is ludicrous- got a large as I thought it would shrink - just as well as it’s tiny. Dress looks ok on but cheap. No use for work as too thin. It’s a cheap looking beach dress. Won’t send back as I doubt it’s worth the bother. Took over two weeks to arrive in small envelope. Avoid this company

Do not buy from this company, I placed an order over a month ago, I have asked fr a refund and been told that while the parcel is in transit they will not refund my payment. Dont be fooled by the name London Fashion, the company is based in China,

Dont be fooled by the name. The company is based in China.
Items delivered are of a poor quality and not as per the web page. Getting a refund is difficult. Currently in dispute with the company with credit card company involved.

I Ordered a medium sized jacket and it wouldn't have fit Wee Jimmy Krankie. The sleeves were half way up my arm and it wasn't even close to 38" chest. Joke.
Shame because i actually liked the jacket.
It's in the charity bag now.

Bought a 'large' jacket that would barely fit a 10 year old. Contacted support but no reply.

I wish I'd seen the real TrustPilot score rather than believing the one they've pasted onto their website.

The mad thing is that it was actually decent quality and if they used a bit more material they might have a good business with repeat customers rather than having to constantly spend a fortune on advertising to find new ones to rip off.....

Ordered a coat £79.99. Received a piece of nylon fabric sewn into the shape of a coat. The worst quality 'garment' I've ever seen. Appalling - wish I could post photos here to show you how bad it is. Was refunded immediately though after initially being told I had to return the goods to China. Trust Pilot review boasts false. Don't buy.

Same experience as the first review. Had to return the jacket as it was too small, £22 postage with (Chinese size not European). Royal Mail Track and trace, signed for delivery, they made out it was not delivered. It’s was not until I reported to PayPal and threatened to get the Online fraud involved, with the possibility of Police investigation, they finally paid up. But down £22 for delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I saw the same jacket on eBay £30 cheaper.

BEWARE! Items come from China and are invariably too small. Returns back to China at your expense. Cost me £22 to return the item via recorded delivery. It got lost on the way so having to claim from Post Office.

Complete rip off, poor quality Chinese-manufactured clothing with a returns policy where you hace to pay to ship them back to China.

After bottle of red wine scrolling through TikTok saw advert with cool fleece lined bomber jacket, however I’ve been delivered a fleece lined shirt at best😂. Clever though, they’ve delivered, albeit pelt, so have therefore fulfilled their contract but they know that you won’t be bothered to return to China, My kids knew I’d been “fleeced”. Don’t bother guys, pack of wolves springs to mind on this occasion.

I purchased a large men's coat and when it arrived it would just about fit a small child. My return options are to return it China at my expense or keep the coat which is good for nothing and accept 40% of the purchase price back which I am still waiting for. I purchased through Paypal so opened up a dispute with them and they found in favour of London fashion or e commerce enterprise as they are known on Paypal. My advice would be to avoid both of the above and Paypal who were worse than useless.

Rip off! Wish I’d read the reviews too. Dreadful quality, not what I ordered at all and it doesn’t look like I’ll get my money back. Stay clear!

Do not use. They are not trading according to UK standards.

Jacket that arrived was not the one I ordered. I followed the returns process paying £15 to send it back to China in order to get a refund. It is now stuck in customs in China and they are saying I have to pay to release it!

The cost of following their returns process is unviable.

I purchased a sweater at not a cheap price, but the quality is so bad, the colour is nothing like the pictures. The website advertised as 5 stars from Trust Pilot but it is only one star. I think the Trustpilot should take action against the company for misleading consumers.

Wish i had read these before i bought two jumpers . Total rubbish , think ive just wasted 20 quid on postage trying to get some money back .
