Worst quality I’ve ever purchased,2 jackets bought, they look nothing like what was advertised, took weeks to come and was so badly crammed into its packaging,that the creases on the items are a disgrace.the lining is non existent,and the poppers are of really poor quality. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Trust pilot should get involved as they are using their logo to scam people Same as everyone else £60 for a jacket that looked nothing like the picture and was far too small, also 2 of the six poppers are broken. Now the email address for support is no longer receiving email's. Luckily paid with PayPal so hopefully should get my money back 🙏

Same as everyone else, to small, sleeves short, badly made, contacted them and they replied with an auto email, you need to send it back to get a refund at a cost of aprox £25 to China? That’s a joke, luckily I paid through PayPal and got my money back, if they want the jacket they can come and get it👍

I ordered 2 jumpers from London Fashion on 5 December 2022, and received them shortly before Christmas. I paid £79, but received two very cheap fleeces worth 4 USD, in the wrong size, and even wrong colour. The email exchanges with their support team have been combative, with no excuse given, and a return process so onerous that I am inclined to admit defeat and toss the two £79 jumpers I bought.

The company has committed an important number of misrepresentations, all in breach of Chinese Laws (Misrepresentation Ordinance Chapter 284 of the Law of Hong Kong), as follows:

1. The jumpers are advertised on their website as: "Stylish and unique design, absolute eye-catcher, high-quality, versatile and durable". This is all incorrect. They are cheap fleeces made out of polyester. Even the size is completely wrong (I have been a size medium for years, and the sleeves are so short it is almost a t-shirt). First misrepresentation.

2.The London Fashion website advertises 100% satisfaction on Trust Pilot. The Trust Pilot reviews are all awful, yet London Fashion advertises 100% Trust Pilot satisfaction on their website (another misrepresentation).

3. The value of the goods I received (as stated on the postal parcel is stated to be 4 USD). This is a lie, since the goods are allegedly worth £79 to either (a) avoid paying higher postage fees - this is illegal or (b) because the goods are actually only worth 4 USD (I would agree with this). Another misrepresentation.

4. The company called London Fashion, yet the goods are coming from China. A further misrepresentation.

5. The website provides information about "Emma" who allegedly founded the company. I doubt "Emma" is real, as London Fashion have failed to provide details of who this Emma is. Another misrepresentation.

All in all, this company ought to be shut down. They are breaking Hong Kong Laws.

Bought a garment, wrong size. Sent it back as per instructions.
I haven't received any refund nor had any communication.

Totally different to what was advertised, Stay well away from this scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I went to place an order with London Fashion and the alarm bells started immediately when my checkout briefly changed to RMB and Mandarin before switching to US dollars and then back to GBP.

When I investigated the trustpilot and other references on google, they had not even registered with either and were receiving very poor reviews.

On further investigation, they are a wholesaler based in Fujian province and shipping via Shenzhen near Hong Kong. They did not have a SEDEX or AMFORI certified supply chain, and then looking further they were sourcing from around China including the disputed north west region of China where there has been a lot of news on labour and the way things are conducted in that part of the world.

Buyer beware, but saved myself a lot of money and heartache.

Extremely Poor clothing NOT worth the money. Do NOT buy from this company. Poor products that are NOT as shown in pictures. You will waste your money if you do so be warned!

This is my worse experience..,they are not professional at all.,it’s look like cheat customer on their application and send you different thing..never trust these kind of application..,they are thief these such company..don’t fool yourself

Have to agree with the bad reviews, I returned my item as it was too small and still awaiting my refund. Emails do not work and the phone number is false. Cost me another £22.00 to send back to China just so they can resell something that is rightfully mine. Do not waste your money on these scammers. Report to trading standards. If anyone knows where this lot are based in the UK, please post info here so we can try and get some redress.

Ordered a cream coat, it arrived after 3 weeks, colour not cream but dark mustard. Ordered xxl and received L. Material of jacket is of very low quality. Thought it was a London based company but parcel arrived from China. A total scam for the price paid. Very disappointed.

DONT BE FOOLED,

Wish I had of done a little research before ordering. Waited forever to have it delivered. Quality very bad, basically its gone straight in the bin. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a large mens North Face Coat £79.00 back in Nov. Arrived and it wouldn't fit a child. It was the worse copy I have ever seen. Managed to get hold of someone by E mail and I returned by recorded delivery still no refund. AVOID !!!!

Ordered a men’s jumper for a Christmas present, pale green wool £45. After 3 weeks, they sent me a dark green item made of what looks like dishcloth material stuffed into a torn plastic bag. Their website says 5 star Trust Pilot rating!
Avoid like the plague.

Poor quality product which took 2 months to arrive. Advertising a 5 star Trustpilot review on there website - clearly that is untrue. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered two jackets on the 3rd December, I have not had an communication, email to confirm order, tried calling the number on the site but it has to many digits, emailed support last week and still no reply.

TOTAL RIP OFF. Paid £79 for 2 jumpers and got back wrong coloured fleeces of the poorest quality - worth about £2 each. Will report to credit card co and trading standards. They emailed me back with how to return and depending which form you read there are 3 different addresses to send the goods to. No way did these come direct to me in the UK from China. They arrived too fast. Hermes label on the bag that hopefully can be traced back somehow. I wont bother wasting more money returning these crappy goods.
