London Loves Beauty Reviews 

I placed an order on 13th December and now (9th January), so nearly after a month no shipment and no information whatsoever. I paid £130 GBP for the product, it hasn’t been shipped for a month and despite various attempts at contacting the company (email, chat), no response. I hope this will get resolved somehow this really falls short of any reasonable expectations (company states 5-10 days shipping time). No phone number is given so I can’t do anything else than wait and if no response take legal action.

Shocking service! I spent £96 on a tatcha gift set over 4 weeks ago with no reply about my order and no shipping updates at all

If you are about to patronize this company be aware you might be buying a skincare product that was sitting in another person's possession for over 1 week. I bought a La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Matte Face Moisturizerand and the packaging came destroyed and the content half full. They requested I return the product after a week in my possession. It then occurred to me that's their MO. They might probably resell it. I threw it in the trash and paid in full. It was completely disgusting. Buy from them at your own risk.

Absolutely disgusting! I made an order and after nearly two weeks and several ignored emails I finally got a refund after my order was never processed. Is this even a real site?

Spent £91 on items I can't source anywhere else in the UK for a Birthday present and after several emails asking where the items were and being told to be patient as they are a small company and they are busy I cancelled the order and bought something else online from another company which was delivered in two days. Refund came through quickly but I won't be ordering again from them,not a pleasant experience at all.

I purchased a concealer on the 28th of October 2023 and after a month of not receiving it they wanted to open an investigation into it and wait until resolved. I decided that I wasn’t going to wait any longer, so, I’ve asked a full refund but today I received a partial refund. They basically kept the postage cost. Their behaviour it's borderline fraudulent!
This company clearly fail to recognise the most important part of a business - their customers.
Customers that buys your products, they are the ones who can keep you in business.

I was absolutely thrilled to find all of the shades I wanted that had apparently sold out everywhere including the Anastasia Beverly Hills website but London Loves Beauty actually had them. Needless to say I was sceptical at first but I have received them now. Beautifully presented in a gift box and they totally legit. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for an amazing service!! ❤️

Excellent service. Products arrived the next day, beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. I couldn't get them anywhere, so I'm really thrilled. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I was really hesitant to order after reading some bad reviews. However I went for it as I couldn't get the items I wanted anywhere else (Juvias place). I received a confirmation email with tracking information shortly after and I received the 2 eyeshadow palettes in tact within just days of ordering. Wrapped up nicely with bubble wrap. So I felt I needed to come and leave a review as this company doesn't seem to deserve the negativity it's received in some of the other reviews! Would also like to add the seals were in place and the palettes were untouched.

I ordered from this company 17 days ago. I have had no confirmation of postage, no details on when it will arrive, only an email to say they're working on it? I suspect some items they order from abroad and then when they receive them they send them out to you. I ordered a juvias place palette which I haven't seen avail in UK anywhere, so my suspicion is they're waiting for it to come from US to then send to me. Which is not stated any where on their website. Not a transparent purchase at all. I have contacted klarna also to advise them of this as my payment is due soon for an item I don't even have in mu possession!

Fabulous service from this company, ordered 2 candles, which came promptly, delivery was so fast, products were gorgeous and in great condition, can't recommend this company highly enough, will definitely purchase from here again.

The product price was amazing and delivery was fast. The items were well packaged to prevent damage. Unfortunately one of my items did not have a seal and had fingerprints from black eye shadow on item, but it didn't look used. The customer service team was quick to respond even though nothing was done.
But given the prices, I will probably use them going forward.

Fake company no product no response!!! The makeup brand said they don’t even stock what I “purchased” lies!

I placed my order on 30th August, allowed 10 working days before getting in touch about not having a dispatch notice (which I'd expected by that point due to the company supposedly being UK based) took almost a week to get an actual response and was told my order was due to be dispatched within the next 24 hours - that was 3 days ago & still no dispatch email from the company. I have asked to cancel and refund my order twice now (which shouldn't have posed a problem seeing as my order is neither processed or dispatched), and both times, my request was ignored. Luckily , I paid via Klarna as it was such a large and expensive order, so I've now reported the incident with them and have frozen all payments until this is resolved. I've kept all evidence of my attempts to receive or cancel my order for when the 21-day wait period is over and I can claim my money back through Klarna directly as this company clearly have no intention of letting MY money go without a fight. Customer service is poor and the company is shocking - they're clearly not London based, the good reviews are fake and probably written by the scammer staff to balance all the authentic negative reviews so they can keep taking peoples money whilst playing games with them. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. I only tried this company as the shipping should have taken less time to arrive than if I had ordered from the legitimate supplier based in the U.S. however it has not. Will never use them again and definitely do NOT recommend!!!

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT use this company, believe the rest of the reviews. They charged me £6 for DPD delivery but failed to inform me that my product had to come from the US warehouse (I could have just ordered from the warehouse myself), I went on to question and the person I spoke with cancelled my order without my confirmation and then closed the chat to avoid any accountability. They are so dodgy, I tried to ignore the awful reviews but believe! The customer service is horrendous and to just cancel someone's order without confirmation is Insane. The person I spoke with was tryna act tough and be sarcastic lol what a little loser.

Not sure why this shop has so many bad reviews! I have decided to try it, bought an item just after 8 am on Wednesday, it got despatched the same day, arrived next day even though I didn’t pay for next day delivery. The item is brand new, absolutely no complaints about anything. Everything was fast and easy. Would use this shop again as I was happy with the service provided 😊

Stock rare gems of products and make up, but what stood out is the excellent customer service. I ordered the make up by mario matte eyeshadow which arrived after 3 days. They are the only UK stockist for the make up by mario Surreal concelear and the advice received was excellent
