I got exactly what I ordered for in due time. And will like to place more orders. Great service

I gave this company the benefit of the doubt even with bad reviews, it took a while for my order to arrive but again I guess it’s a smaller business so I didn’t mind too much. But, when the products arrived, skincare etc had no seal on and had all clearly already been opened. My Tatcha water cream was half empty with no seal at all and had clearly been opened already by someone. All the foil and seals torn off of everything. Feels disgusting and unsanitary. Do NOT waste your money here. It is so expensive and a scam because the products have all been tampered with for whatever reason! I don’t know if they’re returns or what but absolutely do not trust them! I didn’t bother getting in touch about this with customer service because I’ve seen the trouble people have had on here. Guess I’ve learned my lesson and would just strongly advise others to avoid this “company”

I really don’t get some of the negative reviews! LLB is awesome! We should all support our UK based smaller companies. I ordered twice in error (not a cheap item) and one order was refunded almost immediately after I contacted them. Lovely customer service, thanks Leo and love the Peach and Lily glass veil. Mia

Having never ordered from LLB before, I have to say I was a little wary as I hadn’t heard of them. They were the only U.K. stockists of the Skinfix Eczema cream so I decided to go ahead and order, based on some positive reviews. I am so glad I did as the service has been second to none and delivery was very prompt.

I do believe perhaps their business model is a little different to other companies and have read reviews about having to wait longer periods for an item. I think this may be down to ordering from overseas for some items but mine did arrive super fast. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I’ve placed an order on the 3rd and still haven’t received it.I’ve tried contacting them and asked for an update or a way to even track my order and wasn’t given any type of help whatsoever, it’s very upsetting as I couldn’t afford the item so i had to use Klarna as a payment plan to purchase the item which means I’ll still be paying for this item for the next 2month! Even tho I haven’t received anything..I’m starting to think it’s a scam company tbh. I’ve also emailed them and had no response

My order came very quickly and the parcel inside was wrapped up beautiful tissue paper which i love to see because it shows that people actually take care putting your order together.

Missing item. I have had all you standard customer service responses in your emails you send. Your packers neglected to pack the item I am missing worth about £12 pounds. I have all the rest of the items which together are worth about £70. The way you are refusing to assist on this makes the customer feel like are in the wrong. Never dealt with a company like this. I dont care what your terms and conditions state about boxes. What about your 'terms and conditions' for making sure items are packed. To highlight my point, I recently has an item delivered damaged by another cosmetics company worth about £5. Emailed them to explain, they refunded. You are leaving a very bad taste. One item was not packed, the rest were. Thats your fault not mine.

I ordered the SIGMA F03 High Cheekbone Highlighter Brush, London Loves Beauty was had the lowest price but I was unsure when ordering as I hadn’t heard of the company before. There was no need atall to worry as I got several email updates on when it was sent, with dpd and when it was out for delivery; my order was delivered so fast !

Had absolutely no problems with this company and will be ordering again

The good molecules discolouration serum is a staple for me and I love that I can order it and get it in few days without any hassle from London loves beauty🥹❤️.

Placed an order for Eczema cream for my toddler on 17th April along with express delivery payment. Didn't hear anything so by 25th April I emailed asking how long it would be. Kira replied telling me my order "will be dispatched very soon". It has now been almost a month since my order and my three emails sent this week and last asking for an update have gone completely unanswered. The cream is for my young daughter who has severe eczema and I can't afford to buy from another supplier now that LLB have taken my money and gone radio silent. What a sham! You say you're a small company and orders can take longer but how can you excuse completely ignore my emails? Surely you have some standards?? UPDATE- was contacted via email by Kira who apologised for the delay and sent the items that day via next day delivery. Received the items promptly.

Habe das erste Mal (aus Deutschland) bestellt. Es hat alles super geklappt, der Versand hat mit 12 Tagen insgesant zwar sehr lange gedauert, aber auf der Website wird man vorher drauf hingewiesen und nach dem Brexit dauert alles etwas länger mit Zoll - es kommen in Deutschland unter 150 Euro keine zusätzlichen Kosten auf dich zu. Die Produkte hätte ich sonst nirgendwo bekommen und sie waren sicher verpackt. Vielen Dank London Loves Beauty Team, ich bestelle gerne wieder bei euch.

Fantastic experience. Great prices. I found items I couldn't find on any other website because they were either limited edition or out of stock. The things I bought were all wrapped with care individually and the box was sturdy.
I recommend this website and would buy from this company again.

Company is verified and trustworthy, just remember to order only if you are prepared to wait around 2-3 weeks for delivery. The lip mask and eyeliner I ordered arrived 11 business days after I placed the order, and they looked as expected, no bad surprises

Ich warte jetzt schon über 2 Wochen auf mein packet habe was von glossier gekauft für 50€!!! Und die schicken das nicht los und wenn man da hin schreibt kriegt man immer nur die gleiche Antwort nie einem nix nützt und einen null weiter bringt ich will endlich mein packet haben das war das letzte mal das ich hier bestelle !!!ich habe das packet am 31.3 bestellt und immer noch ist nix da !!!

I ordered 2 items from London Loves at great prices, initially I was slightly worried/sceptical as had not heard of this company before, but everything went smoothly. My parcel arrived safely and well-packaged to my international address and contained a mini sweet treat as a bonus! Would highly recommend the site to anyone as it is totally legit, competitive prices, and customer experience is easy-peasy. I ordered a Tatcha sale product I wanted, besides a saving ,it came the next day ,great service from London loves beauty as usuall .one happy customer !.

As others have mentioned, I was a little dubious about using an unknown (to myself) company for a £200 purchase, but after placing the order on Monday 13th March and having it delivered on Thursday 16th March I have absolutely nothing but praise for them.
