I ordered a necklace, but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, so I contacted Customer Service and requested a Return Authorization. While I received the RA, I found a different necklace I liked and ordered it. The exchange went smoothly and very quickly. I love the replacement necklace! Great company.

I haven’t received my order. Not even a confirmation number go to the site it says I haven’t purchased anything

The necklace I received is identical to the one pictured online, and I couldn't believe how quickly it got to me, especially at Christmastime! It is very high quality for how affordable it is, and although I bought it as a gift, I am considering buying another for myself, it's that lovely. Thank you, LoveStylize!

Ordered my Crystal Christie Necklace on Nov. 19,2025 and it arrived today, Nov. 24,2025!! Excellent delivery time! The necklace is beautiful, perfect sized stone, chain gauge and length. The clasp is too small for me, making the necklace slightly difficult to put on, so I will have it replaced with a magnetic clasp.
I plan on shopping with this company again for gifts and for myself!!

I was sent the wrong piece of jewelry today. I contacted the company via email. The were very quick to respond and very professional. They mailed out my correct piece of jewelry today. I asked them what to do with the wrong piece and they told me to keep it. I will continue to order from them as they stand behind their products and customers. I’ve loved every piece I’ve ordered. Beautiful pieces and they arrived so quickly! I mistakenly ordered a duplicate necklace and asked about a return and they responded within minutes to my email with directions to return. I would highly recommend them for all these reasons! Very satisfied and soon to be returning customer!

I was looking for something special for my daughter in law and this necklace was perfect. They have 3 boys under the age of 5 so the necklace was perfect. I'll be giving it to her at Xmas. I'm sure she will love it.
