I ordered a beautiful pair of pearl earrings. However, the backing would not stay on, as if the hole was too large. I immediately sent LoveStylize a message and they promptly gave me a refund. A great company to do business with.

I purchased a necklace from them( gold plated brass). I was wearing just for one week( you cannot see the quality of the product if you don’t wear), and start to tarnished and make my neck green. I didn’t used perfume or lotions on the skin, knowing that may changed color. I contacted the company and I was told that they regretted the inconvenience, but I cannot return for refund because I was wearing the necklace. The extender turned black. I just lost $28.00.

I am trying to reach customer service and have not been able to.

I ordered my first necklace and it came within a week. It looks nice and the price was very reasonable.I have not had it long enough to know how well it will wear.

I never received my order even though it showed it was delivered. I reached out to customer support via email ( because they don’t have a contact number) to let them know about my situation and looking for a resolution. It took me three emails to be sent to them, for them to finally respond and tell me that it shows it was delivered and they won’t do anything about it!!! I’m a long time customer since 2018. This was my first and last issue with this brand and no longer support it and will not ever purchase again or recommend to my friends and family!!!!!!! I I could give 0 stars I would!!!

So...I have to give one star for a product I didn't even receive. I've ordered a few times from this company. But my last order had an issue. I received a sealed, addressed, postmarked package envelope, but there was nothing inside. Not even a receipt or packing slip. The envelope was not ripped or damaged. The company simply mailed an empty envelope. I reached out by email immediately to let them know. I was under the impression that this company would want to show good faith to a loyal costuner. I couldn't have been more WRONG. It took THREE emails to get a response. The response was dismissive and disrespectful. The person responding left no name and simply stated it "was not possible." Seriously?? Like I'd try to get one over on a company I've done business with?? You'd think they'd try to keep a repeat costumer, but that's not going to happen. Now any chance I get, on any forum possible, I will let people know about this disingenuous, morally corrupt company.
