I bought two size 14 skirts that are both pleated skirts (so should be the same size) and only one of them fit me. The one that didn’t fit me was 2 inches bigger than the other one when I put them up to each other. The sizing is obviously inconsistent. The quality of the stitching is awful. I’m also not happy about having to pay to send my order back as it’s not my fault that the sizing is inconsistent. I won’t be buying from here again seeing as the skirts are almost £40 each. The quality is so not worth the amount you’re paying. It feels like shein quality.

I ordered two pleated skirts in the same size and the waistbands vary by over ten centimeters. One skirt fits pretty well, the other is absolutely massive. Very annoying, please fix the discrepancies in your sizing.

Completely changed the material they use on the trousers, it’s like the cheap stuff you get from pretty little thing that’s just ridiculously over priced :/ used to like this company a lot as I’ve bought loads of their stuff in the past- not sure I will now

Quality has gone down dramatically. Material of the pants is VERY thin cheap material, definitely not worth the price. Also you can’t get your money back, you only get store credit. Will never buy from here again.

After waiting 2 weeks and paying extra for speedy delivery I was told delivery would be on Tuesday 2 November. I’m now sitting here at 22.45 on 3 November and still no sign of the package. My daughters birthday is tomorrow and thanks to your inadequacy I gave nothing to give her

Bought trousers from here a year ago that I loved, so I went back and bought the same pair again because the old ones broke, only to find this time they're now made of a terribly cheap, thin, flappy material yet the same price.

I was really happy when I discovered this brand and saw the pants that I bought because they looked like an image of pants that I've wanted to own since high school so now I own my dream pants. The fabric is soft and comfy. I love that the pockets are big. I also appreciate the plastic-free shipping materials.

Im between sizes and went for the bigger one at 16 and they fit well not tight with abit of room etc love that they have pockets big enough to fit your phone in which is good :)

Use to love this brand. Owned 3 skirts but they don't sell anything above a UK16 when they use to go up to a UK24. Can't support a brand that is choosing to no longer be size inclusive

trousers took ages to arrive and customer service was poor. ordered friday 26th and didn’t arrive till mid september

Used to love this site. But they no longer sell my size and have made their sizes smaller. Customer service is rubbish :) thoroughly disappointed that they’ve gone downhill over the past couple months.

i think ltt is overpriced, considering the low quality the brand offers. i've worn my ltt skirt only twice now and the zipper is unuseable -- completely f-ed up, the reason being the extreme low quality of it. on top of that, they sent my order with the cheaper shipping option despite me paying for the more expensive one, and did not offer me a refund until i reached out to them about it. super disappointed. i love their designs but will not be shopping w/ them again, and would recommend others to do the same.

Loved my trousers. It's not the first pair I've had. They look awesome on. However, the sizing.......
so previously they have always been on the small side, normally sizing up is a good idea but this pair I purchased, having sized up as before were really on the big side.
I'm not sure if they have changed their measurements or whether it was just this particular pair. Other than that they are awesome.

I ordered a dress and sadly it took over a week to be shipped out. Even for a small business that is way too long. Customer service also takes many days to reply. Over Instagram I asked them if I have to pay a customs fee and I was told „that it’s usually not the case but if it is then it won’t be much“. A total lie. If I had known that I wouldn’t have ordered from there… I ended up paying almost half of the amount the dress is actually worth but sadly they aren’t even transparent about that on their website. Once it finally arrived after almost three weeks after placing my order, I was utterly disappointed by the quality. I expected a comfortable and beautiful fabric but what I got was cheap polyester. Not worth the money, total disappointment, won’t be ordering from there ever again!

I really loved their trousers but the new stretch material they're using feels really cheap. The craftsmanship has gone down as well. My Cassie Clash-It trousers had random threads hanging loose and the stitching was really uneven.

I thought I might not be used to the new fabric and wore them out today but they were so uncomfortable and one side of the fabric obviously has more of a stretch to the other.

The label says Made In China so I don't know if that's the issue.

They also delete comments that are negative.

I've bought two other pairs before and they were perfect. They were my favourite pants until I put on some weight and they stopped fitting. They need to go back to their original fabric and machinists. I won't be purchasing again until they fix the fabric issue. It's so disappointing because they were my favourite brand.

They have changed the material of their trousers so they are super stretchy and have gone from being a small 12 to a large 12. I wanted to return them and get a proper refund (they automatically send this as store credit unless you send within 14 days and specifically request a cash refund). I went above and beyond to ensure I got the refund - putting it on the returns slip, emailing them, and returning within 14 days - and I still got a store credit voucher. The new trousers don't fit me and I don't need anything else, so I can't buy anything from there! So frustrating, and the customer services are slow to respond.

Poor experience: if you are purchasing outside the UK, know you will have to pay Customs fee (in my case, it was €35+). There was also a mistake in the custom form they filled in, but once contacted they acted like it was not on them.

The quality of the products is not that great too, my skirt is poorly sewed (lines are not straight, there are a lot of strands out of place, like they “forgot” to cut them).

I have ordered in the past and loved the quality of my items and loved the company morals on their website about how everything is made in turkey where they look after their staff. Most recently I ordered on 30th May, paid for delivery, waited the given 7 days and more with still no dispatch email. Contacted the company to be told it was a pre order item, which it never said anywhere when ordering, this was added after I had ordered. I have since read on here that this has happened to lots of people. They stated there was a delay which I have no problem with, I’m very understanding, but an email to let me know this would’ve been appreciated. I then waited a whole month before getting a dispatch email. When my Alice Trousers arrived, the quality was shocking. Cheap see through plastic material which were TINY and said made in china on the label. I contacted to say I was unhappy about this, would like a monetary refund and would like my return postage paying for as in my eyes this was false advertising. I received a very snappy response back ignoring everything I’d said and saying to return them and I’d get my refund. After returning them at my own cost, I waited weeks and weeks with no refund. After multiple ignored messages and emails I finally got the attention of them via instagram and was told my refund would be processed to following day. I waited another WEEK and only when I threatened to raise a dispute with my bank did I get a nice message to say it was being processed immediately, funny that. If after my first email complaining about the quality of the trousers I was greeted with a kind reply, I would’ve happily used this company again for other items. However after waiting over 2 months for my item to arrive and then a refund and to be ignored and met with snappy replies, I won’t. This company doesn’t actually care about customers, it cares more about growing its social media following and having sales every other day for products they don’t actually have in stock.

I want to start this with saying I used to LOVE this brand, I have probably around 10 pairs of LTT trousers at this point but with these newest items both the fit and material are so different, it feels like a huge decline in quality. My old size 10 trousers in the thicker material fit like a dream but I can barely even zip the new ones up, one pair also came with a hole in the material under the zip so I'm too terrified to even attempt to wear them out.
