Love the trousers I bought from there, I always get a size up from what I usually am so I have a bit of space to stretch about. Nice thinner material so I don't get too hot too!

Couple of issues with LTT, even though I love the styles and would love to purchase more items, I am reconsidering.

1) I've ordered 2 pairs of trousers from LTT - one in early 2020, and the latest pair in 2022. The first pair arrived quite quickly considering they were posting to the EU, but the most recent pair took 40 days (from date of purchase to delivery in the UK). After having waited the 2 weeks that the website states to wait before emailing, then trying to get a response to any email/contact took a week or more. Granted, they said the order will take longer because it was a "pre-order" item, which I do not remember seeing when purchasing. Others have had this problem too. But, I put that down to my own mistake/negligence when ordering. Response time shouldn't be that long after several messages. The whole time also getting automated messages to leave a review...

2) My main issue is the inconsistency with style/size/overall quality of the items. I have ordered 2 trousers, Brooke Clash it & Blake Clash, with a 2 year difference but the sizing is drastically different to what is stated on their site, and with one another. Not only that, but the design of the patterned leg is on one side in all the site images (the right leg), yet my trousers have come out with one pair looking as in the images, and the other pair having the left leg patterned. Not a major issue, but is different to what is advertised. Did I accidentally receive a defective/sample item?
The details (buttons) are different, and the length and waist sizes are different too. I wear and ordered a size 10 both times, first (defective?) pair was 78cm waist, 96cm length and quite baggy/loose around the hips; the second pair were 74cm waist and 101 cm length. Much tighter and higher trousers, less room around the hips.

They do state on the site that the material is not stretchy so to go a size up, but they do not wear the same as in images.
I'm not bothered about buttons or label size changing, brands evolve over time and make minor changes. But the issues with sizing inconsistency, with the price that they are, is what is making me reconsider purchasing more trousers. I wouldn't mind paying the 30-45GBP price tag if I knew I can depend on the cut and style of the item I order. Overall not that happy, which is a shame because I really liked the items.

I have 3 separate orders currently, I ordered one over a month ago, one about 3 weeks ago and the same about 10 days ago, I’ve ordered a few things, however I have not received any of them including the one I ordered over a month ago, I’ve emailed countless times with no response. I just want my orders

Customer service took over a week to resolve my issue. Not really satisfied with the retolution eigther, but what can you do? :)

I’m disappointed because I used to like this brand.

I placed an order with them on 23/03/22. A few weeks later I hadn’t heard anything from them so emailed asking for an update. I received a very snippy response saying it was a preorder item, which I have zero recollection of being written on the page when I ordered, or else I wouldn’t have ordered.

They were delivered to me on 04/05/22. They were exactly the same as an item I had previously had, but in a different colour way, and yet the sizing was way off. I send them back, tracked and signed. The package is received by them on 11/05/22.

I hear nothing. A few weeks later I email. I hear nothing. Eventually on 01/06/22 I raise a dispute with my credit card company.

Not 20 minutes after I receive the “we’ve passed your documents onto the merchant” email, I get a chirpy email saying my refund is on its way. Hmm.

Overall, just a very disappointing experience and I would never use them again. Why cling to my money until I have to take action when clearly you could have just sent the refund earlier?

It pains me to do this as I liked the brand but 10 days after I’ve ordered a jumper and still no shipping confirmation when my delivery option was 48hrs I’ll never shop from this brand again. I also contacted customer service to really give them a chance to sort it out and after 3 days still nothing. I’m down £25 no item. I also turned a blind eye to a previous order from love too true, in which my trousers came with a hole in the pocket and felt really poor quality.

Horrible customer service. Cheap zippers that constantly split. Won’t respond to emails. I’ve tried 3 times with this company and I’m done.

Ordered my trousers that showed they were in stock. Waited weeks and emailed them to be told it was a pre-order item despite it not saying that anywhere on the website, i would not have bothered if that was the case. They finally arrived well over a month later and the sizing was ridiculously small so I had to send them back. I have now been waiting over 14 WORKING DAYS for a refund and still nothing. I haven't even received an email to confirm they have received them even though I know they have because I sent it recorded delivery. It has now nearly been a full two months since I ordered the trousers. Never again, an absolute joke of a company.

This is my second order now. Clothes are amazing and so stylish. True to size as well.

Ordered on 17th March, still no sign of my package. Very very poor communication. Got told after a month of no package that the stuff I ordered wasn’t in stock and they’re refusing to give me a refund and trying to give me store credit instead. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered an item in a sale on 4 April, showing as in stock but only in my size. Chased up on 19 April as still hadn’t received and they replied the same day advising i ordered on pre order… even though it clearly said in stock on their site.
Even the message that mentioned the pre order stated items would be shipped week commencing 11 Apr (so even that would have arrived by the time I emailed)
Staff stopped replying to my emails and the order still hasn’t even arrived today -3 May
Several times in my email thread I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money bc I don’t want the item any more and they just refused
Worst customer service I’ve ever had

I had to go through Paypal to get my money back. Seriously lacking in communication, and after almost an entire month my order still hadn't shipped.

It's not acceptable to advertise sales on instagram everyday and to continue sending out marketing emails to generate more sales when your current orders are not even being fulfilled, let alone future orders.

I ordered 2 items nearly a month ago and still have not had my items shipped. I then emailed and I was told they would be shipped a week ago and still nothing - why are they saying delivery in 5-7 days for items they don’t even have in stock? So misleading, if they arrive I hope they fit because I wouldn’t order the items again. :(

After reading reviews here I was terrified that after waiting over a month for the Amelia Classic Trousers (I’m in the US) that they wouldn’t fit. I ordered the UK 16, I’m a US 12. I know that sizes vary with anything you buy & we all have different bodies so I expected them to be a little off. I got them today, they do fit but the backside of the waist pops out some. My biggest disappointment is that the legs of these don’t look like the pictures, they’re a lot more wide & baggy. Perhaps it’s because a UK size 16 isn’t a “petite size” like the person in the photos? I will also say that the pants are also a lot darker than the photo, not a huge deal but keep that in mind! I really wanted these because of how the photos looked, I didn’t want a baggy fit. If I were to size down there’s no way these would fit my waist. I guess I’m just going to have to do some pinning. I’ll also add that customer service wasn’t very responsive when asking about shipping times but was responsive when I contacted them a second time asking about sizing. They assured me the pants would fit after I gave them my measurements. For the price/wait time/sizing…I’m not sure if the pants are worth it.
