So my account has been open for a few weeks. Absolutely no problem with registration or playing and depositing. All of a sudden I can not log in and found that they have closed my account due to being in Northern Ireland. Why was this allowed to happen? They blocked my depositing whilst they checked my details and even opened my account again to take more money. Will I be refunded? Should I be? This is clearly fault on their end.

Been waiting over 4 months for my refund keep getting same reply of customer service saying it's with the relevant department and will be resolved in the shortest time. Cannot contact said department so it all lies they just refusing to pay me back

EDIT PAID FULL AMOUNT 7 DAYS LATER. The wait wasn't appreciated and a better communication with people would be welcome. However I've been paid so can't complain.
